From Pauls private gig on KissKruise 5, Miami - Jamica. In Spinnaker lounge on Norwegian Pearl Nov 2 2015(with an audience of ca 150 people) so this is a rather rare film.
@@HappyMachorino-bd8no check out the bits where both songs go “and it’s not gonna happen twice”. I made an exaggeration, but Paul was 100% inspired by this song.
Awesome! I love that song. Glad to see him play it live and the audience chiming in singing along shows that other's appreciated that song and album too. Killers was was a great album!
THIS IS GOLD! Thank you, I loved every bit of it! Very relevant! A poignant performance from the heart and his voice is just beautiful. I don't care if it's a whisper compared to the screams he was capable of in the early 80's. The emotion is there and that's all that matters.
Hey cool video!............ I like how the crowd sang along to this vintage, 80's makeup era Kiss tune from the "Killers" LP. ............ Paul Stanley was 30 in 1982 when he recorded that song. He never sounded better............ I got a good guitar lesson too by watching how he played it!
Years after its release i first heard this masterpiece back in the late 1980ies. Didn't had the money to buy me the "Killers" Album when it was released. Heard this hundred of times. Great to watch Paul playing this decades later. These are the things for what i really like the net and UTube. Greetings from germany!
Thanks for posting. This show looks like a dream come true. Paul sounds pretty good, and the atmosphere seems very inviting. "Alright, Love Gun!" (Alive II) has always been my favorite Paul intro to a song, but it pales in comparison to, "Here's a song I shouldn't play."
Ha! Ha! Ha! To all haters: What song(s) have you ever written. The man is 65 plus. Pretty Effing awesome as far as I'm concerned. Thanks for all the great shows Paul. Seen every tour since 82'. Thanks for sharing the video J.J.
Very nice that Paul does this song in this setting. This is a gift for sure!!. Great song, one of my favorites. Thanks Paul! This setting will work at KISSkruise in my opinion😀🤘👍👍
Paul one of the greatest vocalists of all time.....I just wish that he would call it a career.....same can be said for most 70+ year singers, right? Ozzy and Coverdale immediately come to mind.
@@johnmcminn9455 Paul Stanley is one of my all time favorite rock singers, but his HUGE Rockstar ego is hard to get psst especially given that Ace was the soul of Kiss and Paul hates hearing that.......but it's true! D9n Dokken basically recites songs these days as opposed to singing them!

Paul "I never wanted to play lead I just wanted to master the intricacies of rhythm" Stanley playing double-time where the guitar solo should be cracks me up every time.
Simple guitar musician making great with all he's got. Nice use of F#m7. From Kiss album 1 to now Paul's music is about the same. He made it work, and stuck the landing! KISS; you will be missed.

Tell what you want ... The Man is one of the best rhythm guitar player ever .... songwriter, singer and frontman ... LEGEND
This has always been one of my favorite KISS songs. Such a great song.
Roll Tide Roll
absolutely
agree
I never understood why this wasn’t released in US as a single. One of the best
Kiss - Killers album had 4 new songs in Europe, where all 4 were great ones.
Because KISS was dead in America at the time.
Because it’s basically a song by the Supremes called “Back in My Arms Again”
@@marcoubagoleardini5770
Really? I just compared. No similarity.
@@HappyMachorino-bd8no check out the bits where both songs go “and it’s not gonna happen twice”. I made an exaggeration, but Paul was 100% inspired by this song.
The people who appreciate this song are the real KISS fans.
That might be just my opinion.
I agree
@ggg-xp2rv
Paul ❤fans are (imo) the most intelligent.
Before he went off the rails... this is a good clip. An underappreciated song for sure. 👍
THIS IS SUCH AN AMAZING SONG

Except most all screwed up the "run on"...and one turkey did it to early...lol
Outstanding! Earnest performance of a rare gem. Great job Paul!

Great front man.
Absolutly Awesome song!!
he could please a crowd with just his acoustic guitar
And his amazing voice😉
a great song will sound good on just an acoustic.
MY ALL TIME FAVORITE KISS SONG!!!
I love that song 🌹💋
Fantástico como sempre! Uma música maravilhosa... ♥️🌸🤟

The Fonz I love it 😍😍😍 rhythm is my favorite
@GIL Favor You couldn’t even get it out of your shorts. And some KISStard who can’t even spell “page” correctly is about as worrisome as a cloudy day.
Got anything better to do other than hate behind a fake account?
Thanks Paul
I've never understood people knocking Paul's guitar playing. I think he's great.
STARCHILD...STARMAN....A BIG STAR !
I 'm wishing it already
So Awesome! 👍👍
Wow amazing video
Now imagine if he'd of done this in 1982, ahead of all the Bon Jovi crowd doing it, that guitar sounded awesome. Wow
You can almost hear and sing
"Thrills in the night" in this song.
I wonder how the guy in the front made out with his potato cam recording.
The King. Period.
It's nice, so nice🌹
First KISS concert- 1978. Boys were skinny, hungry and fun.
I never thought he would play it with a capo. He still handle the singing on this one
Thank you Johan!
Paul’s voice was still great then
My favorite song!.
Rock the fuck on Paul. Keep on squashing the haters. Your star still shines bright my friend
This is not over
Thx for posting!!
When he sings lower and softer he doesn't seem to have a problem
awesome
Imagine that song being recorded acoustically with back ground singers. Like Foreigner did in I wanna know what love is
Härligt Paul
Great song! Killers album didn't get the credit it deserved for the new songs.
I think this performance is the only time this has been played live. I cant find any other recordings on youtube.
this is what music is about
Wonderful!♥️♥️
Good key for acoustic. Cmon people.
Temonnnnnnn larga vida al Rey P💪
nice.✌
I never appreciated this song until hearing this version.
Yess ... Great
Hail from Kiss Army AustriA
Think he sounds better than on stage. Think he overdo it on stage and that's why his voice breaks.
Add this to the end of the road tour and drop Lick It Up you've played that song for every tour since 1983 let it rest already

@@meichey00 A thousand times than*
Who would pay to see this guy ia beyond me lol.
I don't get how he sang this in 82, imagine in 2015 hahaha
Seriously! The original is beyond difficult to sing.
Legal😊
How stupid do you have to be to think he's using auto tune, what would be the point at a private gig? Also It's so obvious he's not.
it´s over
what if he got up & performed like it was 1975
