It wont be expensive, its takes us hours to set up and hours to take down as its in out home, hours we dont have spare in the summer, as right now im doing legit 16 hours a day 6 days a week, we have a spare room in the new restaurant we are going to convert into a small kitchen

I made this recipe a few nights ago and HOLY HELL, best spring rolls ever. I also made the Chinese roast pork filling with the recipe on your channel and it is incredible. These spring rolls were so good, that my partner, who normally doesn't like spring rolls at all, demolished his in seconds. Seriously recommend!

Love Chinese takeaway and tried over the years to replicate, but your recipes are bang on and authentic, remember the MSG!! (optional). Also your shop is good value, not that much than the oriental supermarket. Good luck guys.
I know you guys have done sweet and sour chicken balls but can you do sweet and sour chicken cantonese style please? Ive seen it called hong kong style in other places. I can never get the batter on the chicken to not go all soggy while mixed in with the sauce. It ends up a mess.

I'm originally from UK I moved to the USA. I missed pancake rolls. They only did spring rolls in USA. When I went back home to UK to visit after 10 years, all the Chinese take outs no longer did pancake rolls anymore. Just US style Spring rolls. I must give this a try. Thanks guys!

I don't have smellyvision, but I just know in my nose heart that this is the food we know and love from local the takeaways (I've only experienced Manchester, Sunderland and London style). I could live off jumbo pancake rolls like those! I made some medium size one from scratch including the wrapping for a friend about 20 years ago and he was totally blown away by them :) I hope to taste Choo's rolls someday when it is safe to go out again. All the takeaway/restaurants here call them spring rolls, but they're always the small ones, I used to have one at least every day when I lived in the Netherlands where they're called Loempia...but those look like the best I've ever seen.
