@DSM090 Just buy the XGECU T56 Pro with the 156 emmc socket. Set the settings to 3.3 volts in the options folder and 8 MHz. On the top of the program to the left, choose the model number of your emmc. Then click analysis IC at the bottom to the right to make sure the emmc you have in the programmer is good or not, assuming you do have a good emmc. If the emmc is good, go to the top and click read. After reading just name the file whatever you want but don't change the ending of it, for example if it ends in the word BIN do not change or delete it. Now, insert a blank emmc into the socket and click erase, then go to the top where it says project p and open project. Choose the emmc file you saved or a file called ghost and write it to the blank emmc.

@@NicksTVRepairhey there! Great Video! But yeah, I can’t find ANY RESET button ANYWHERE! The model I’ve got is: 65H6510G Mine is turning on, showing Hisense Android Tv (all along the red light blinks twice), and then it auto powers back down. I’ve done the unplug & wait & plug back in= 👎🏻 Then, unplug & hold power button on tv down for 30 sec, plug back in & wait 60 sec, then power button tap to turn on & same thing…2 red light flashes, Hisense Android Tv on screen, then auto power down. I live in a small town, no repair ppl around these parts; so I’m thinking to replace the main board because 🤦🏼♀️ can’t do the whole replace emm…(emm whatever that thing was called), so yeah….I need to find a way to HARD/FACTORY RESET this darn thing (if you may have found a way to do so) or am I stuck replacing the entire Main Board? I have no clue how I ended up buying the one freakin’ tv model that ain’t got no factory reset on the actual tv itself. 🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️ I’m pretty electronically inclined, but where can I get a new main board from? Does Walmart sell these things or Best Buy? Or, do I HAVE to order one? Thanks so much again for your video! It’s an eye opener, but I still have SO MANY QUESTIONS!!!!??!?🤣 hope to hear back ASAP!
The eMMC chips when you purchase them are blank. It's like buying a hard drive. When you buy a hard drive it doesn't come pre-loaded with the MAC OS or Windows 11 already on it. You have to install that program on the harddrive and then tell the motherboard's bios to use it to boot off when the computer is turned on. It's kind of the same thing here. If I put a blank eMMC chip on the board, I wouldn't be able to turn the TV on. It would act as if it's completely dead. This is why these repairs are difficult, you have to have that very unique software that will allow this specific TV to turn on. There is almost 0 cross-compatibility with the software either. Getting that software in the first place is half the battle.
Hi Nick, thanks a lot for the video, I got my main board out, I just want to find out if you think that is my problem, how long does the new main board take to get it?
We have 2 options linked in the video description, 1 is a repair of your original which is cheaper, that is usually 3-5 business days for the repair + shipping both ways, and we have some for sale as well which is a more expensive option but also would be faster. We typically ship them out within 24h of the purchase and the speed of shipping depends on the shipping speed you select at check out and your location. 2 days with priority mail shipping if you live nearby.
Hello, If you are experiencing the same issue with your TV, then most likely you have the same fault. Your mainboard is going out and needs to be repaired. Unfortunately these mainboards are out of stock, so replacing it is almost impossible. If you did want to send it in for repair, we should be able to fix it. Please contact us directly if you would like to send it in for repair (contact info is in the video description)
We have the mainboards for sale on our website and we can also repair your defective one. Both options are linked in the video description. So the circuit board we are fixing in this video is a mainboard. When you replace the eMMC chip, a small amount of apps will no longer work. However, a good portion of apps will still work just fine. Using a Firestick, Roku device, Apple TV, google Chromecast or another similar device will circumvent this issue. If you replace the mainboard with a used one, you won't have that issue but you also risk having a repeat failure soon. If you replace the power supply (I have never seen one for this model fail), it will not affect the apps.
@@NicksTVRepair Why can't you get all the apps to work are you missing the key for it, can't it be uploaded to the emmc after the read and write is finished
Hi, my Hisense 50H78G power light blinks 5 times and then stays on. No picture or sound, and nothing shows on the screen when I flash light on the TV. Should I just go ahead and replace the main board? Thanks in advance and really appreciate your work.
Based on the information provided yes I would agree that you most likely have a mainboard fault. However there is a small chance you could also have a panel fault.
Hello Nick i have a Hisense 75H6510G with same failure and looks like mainboard part is 273565 and is not longer available on sale, could you fix it and if you have a new one which one is the cost for the new one
I don't have mainboards for sale for the 75" model only the 70" version, but I do fix the 75" mainbaord. Here is the repair service listing which we do provide a 1 Year warranty with the repair: nickselectronics.com/products/75h6510g
i have this exact tv, overall its been solid but about 1 year in, the eeprom failed and hisense thankfully sent a tech out to replace it. several years later we're in 2024 and the tv is just soooo laggy. i am doing a factory reset today, but am going to see if this addresses how slow the tv runs...
Factory resets and software updates are always good to do. If neither resolves your fault then it is likely that your mainboard is defective and the eMMC chip will need to be replaced. We do have a flat rate service and offer a 1-year warranty with all our repairs if you are interested in sending it in.
Never have had to replace the wifi board for these models before. The symptoms you are describing sound exactly like a mainboard failure due to a malfunctioning eMMC chip. The symptoms might be slightly different than what is shown in the video but an eMMC chip can fail in different ways and cause slightly different symptoms. If this was my TV I would send it in for an eMMC repair.
@@NicksTVRepair thanks a ton for the response. I believe you are correct and the WiFi board came from some of my initial internet research but your videos showed exactly what my tv is doing. I removed the board yesterday and will be sending it in to y’all by the end of the week. Thanks so much!!
So if you want to be absolutely sure one thing you can do is to simply disconnect the Wifi module from the mainboard and see if the same failure keeps occuring. The TV does not require the wifi module to operate. So if disconnecting the wifi allows the TV to boot properly then you would be able to confirm the wifi module is the fault. However if disconnecting it does not make a difference you can rule it out as not the problem.
Hi i have a Hisense 43h7050d that needed a wifi module replacement. Upon replacing it, the TV no longer powers on. The LED light is on but neither the tv button nor the remote powers the TV on. Any recommendations for how to proceed? I am thinking about replacing the main board as there is power. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
What you are describing is one of those bizarre situations with no explanations. Replacing the wifi should not have caused your mainboard to go out. With that said I would agree with you that your next move should be to replace the mainboard. However, I will also say this. Once the TV is working, don't use the TV's built-in smart features, get a Roku or Firestick. Even if the TV already is a Roku TV or Fire TV it is best to use each company's own external device. This will #1 help extend the life of your TV by using the chips inside the external device more than the ones inside the TV and thus relieve some of that workload off your TV. #2 The external device will have a version of the apps that are superior and will allow you to navigate faster and smoother.
I have 2 power boards I purchased for the 70H6570G if you would like them. Seems my issue is possibly a main board. Only boots up for 1 second then shuts off and continues to cycle indefinitely.
Yeah, it sounds like a mainboard fault. I appreciate the offer but do not need the power supply boards as I have never encountered a bad power supply for this model before. 100% of the time I fixed this TV, it was 95% of the time mainboard failure and 5% of the time LED failure. Because of this, I do not have a need for a spare power supply. If you want to send in your mainbaord for repair, we offer a 1-year warranty on our services and also have them for sale if you would rather not send yours in. Links to our repair service and replacement boards are in the video description
The eMMC chip that holds all of your data is corrupted and broken on a hardware level. We would not be able to retrieve the data from it. That chip will be thrown out and a new one with a fresh initial factory setup version will be installed instead. So it would be like a hard reset.
You sure can! We have links in the video description to our flat rate repair service. We offer a 1 Year warranty on all our services! If you have any questions, don't hestiate to reach out. We also have our contact us page linked in the video description as well as our contact form.
I have a HISENSE H9g and it does turn on but then either the screen goes black or it just shuts off. My question is could I just replace the motherboard and would that would fix my problem?
You could but unfortunately, you can't. Meaning that in theory yes that would be the play, however, there are no mainboards for sale anymore, they are discontinued and I haven't seen anyone with that mainboard for sale for the last year. Your only option is to send it in for repair at this time. We do offer a repair which does come with a 1-year warranty but our work lasts much longer than that. This will renew your TV and give it many more years of life. The 65 and 55 H9G models are very well built, they almost never fail except for this 1 fault. Because of this once we fix this issue, there really is nothing else that will fail in your set. They are very well built with this 1 part as the exception. If you are interested you can check out our repair service listing linked below: nickselectronics.com/products/65h9g
Hi there, my Hisense 70H6570G tv won’t turn on. The red light comes on, but it will not turn on. The light blinks every 30 seconds or so, but it won’t turn on. Not a problem with the remote (fresh batteries). Everything I’m reading online indicates that it might be a main board issue. How would I go about diagnosing/fixing that?
The only other reason this could be happening is because you have an LED backlight failure. To test that you would need an LED tester. Otherwise, there aren't any other steps for you to take. You can either purchase an LED tester to rule out your LED strips (not likely) or you can send in your mainboard for us to live test and fix for you. We offer a flat rate service which is linked in the video description below. If we find the mainboard to be fully functional, we will simply send it back with a refund minus our testing bench fee. Please contact us directly if you have any more questions. Thank you
It could still be a mainboard. The eMMC chip is known to sometimes fail in a way that it produces a no power symptom. I really wouldn't know for sure unless you brought in either the TV or sent in the mainboard and power supply to our shop for testing and troubleshooting.
I would recommend you send me an email directly with a picture of the line you are seeing on screen. This way I can help you identify if you have both a panel failure and a mainboard failure or if the line is perhaps caused by the faulty mainboard. Our contact information is located in the video description.
Yeah that's why we had to purchase a new board first to grab the software from it before we could shoot the video and do the component level repair of the original defective mainboard.
Can you elaborate on what you used to do thus job. It seems like an infrared heater that you program a heating profile. Am I right, secondly you have a vacuum pickup. Is this part of the infrared heating tool? What programmer do you use to read and write the emmc?
@@angelosanagnostou5550 The rework machine we use for the soldering work is a ZM-R5860C BGA rework station upgraded. The vacuum pickup tool is built into the machine. It uses both infrared heating and convection. We use the Jtag Plus for the EMMC reading and writing.
So this is what happened to my tv I called support they told me to update it now it doesn't turn on at all so I was wondering if I buy a new Main bored it fixes everything
Yeah that's common and it's almost certainly because of the mainboard. Now as for "fixes everything", I don't know what other issues you have so I couldn't guarantee it would fix "everything"

Mhmm, intermittent issues usually means it could be a lot of different things. I would suggest providing me with the model number so I can get a better idea of what TV you have. Hisense made a lot of different tvs. Knowing which one you have specifically would help me better understand what issues you may have.
I don't have these otherwise I would point you to our store. The next best would be Shopjimmy: www.shopjimmy.com/hisense-svh700a31-led-backlight-strips-8-70h6570g/

It's likely the eMMC chip has failed then. I know a lot of the time it seems like the software update is bad and it seems like it is what causes the fault to occur but really what it is, is that your mainboard has a hardware failure on the eMMC chip which is the chip that holds the software. That chip was on the verge of failure and doing the software update brought it over the edge. The TV was going to fail probably within the next week or two if you hadn't done the update. Does that make sense? But yeah at this point your best bet is probably to send in the mainboard for us to fix.
Mhmm, I want to say that it is a mainboard fault but I fear it could also be the LED backlight. You would need to test your LED strips using an LED tester. If you want to send in your mainbaord, we can also live test it in our TV and confirm the fault. If the fault is with the mainboard, we will proceed with the repairs, if it's fully functional we will send it back to you with a refund minus our bench fee. For more information on that, you can visit our repair service listing linked in the video description, or if you have any more questions, you can reach out to us. Our contact info and link to our contact form are also in the video description.
I am not familiar with this model but with a quick search on google I found this tv model only has 1 circuit board. Not knowing what is wrong with it I would believe this to be the natural first step to take. If that does not resolve the fault then you may have a panel failure which would require a hands on repair from a tech.

@@NicksTVRepair Hi Do you think you can suggest more the TV is now turning on but there is not reset button on this model and we tried everything else but it gets to home screen and shuts down. I just thought the way you posted the video you can help to fix it or repair it- i have a 58H6570G HISENSE
Im done with Hisense..2nd time my board went out..im going with lg or sony
I think you will be happiest with Sony because they have some of the best picture quality but it does come at a premium.
Do you really need to program with jtag, or can you just install it? will the TV work or is that where FW, etc is stored?
2 days with priority mail shipping if you live nearby.
i have the same issue. model 65Q8G. any remedy for this issue. can i do diy?
Hello,
If you are experiencing the same issue with your TV, then most likely you have the same fault. Your mainboard is going out and needs to be repaired. Unfortunately these mainboards are out of stock, so replacing it is almost impossible. If you did want to send it in for repair, we should be able to fix it.
Please contact us directly if you would like to send it in for repair (contact info is in the video description)
Where can i get the main board from because i have the same tv and the same exact issue
We have the mainboards for sale on our website and we can also repair your defective one.

Could u still use the TV and apps if u just install a power bored
So the circuit board we are fixing in this video is a mainboard. When you replace the eMMC chip, a small amount of apps will no longer work. However, a good portion of apps will still work just fine. Using a Firestick, Roku device, Apple TV, google Chromecast or another similar device will circumvent this issue.
If you replace the mainboard with a used one, you won't have that issue but you also risk having a repeat failure soon.
If you replace the power supply (I have never seen one for this model fail), it will not affect the apps.
@@NicksTVRepair
Why can't you get all the apps to work are you missing the key for it, can't it be uploaded to the emmc after the read and write is finished
Here is the repair service listing which we do provide a 1 Year warranty with the repair:
nickselectronics.com/products/75h6510g
i have this exact tv, overall its been solid but about 1 year in, the eeprom failed and hisense thankfully sent a tech out to replace it. several years later we're in 2024 and the tv is just soooo laggy. i am doing a factory reset today, but am going to see if this addresses how slow the tv runs...
Factory resets and software updates are always good to do. If neither resolves your fault then it is likely that your mainboard is defective and the eMMC chip will need to be replaced.
We do have a flat rate service and offer a 1-year warranty with all our repairs if you are interested in sending it in.
Such bad quality
Have you changed out the WiFi board? I did a factory reset and now it starts for a few secs and shuts off.
@@NicksTVRepair thank you for the tip. I believe it is the main board so I’ve removed and sent it out in the main to you all today. Thank you!
@@NicksTVRepair what's the turnaround time for main board repair?
3-5 business days is our advertised turnaround time for most repairs.
@@NicksTVRepair with the repair do I keep all my data? Do you just transfer the data to a new chip or will it be more like a hard reset?
The eMMC chip that holds all of your data is corrupted and broken on a hardware level. We would not be able to retrieve the data from it. That chip will be thrown out and a new one with a fresh initial factory setup version will be installed instead. So it would be like a hard reset.
Can you provide hisence 55a71f pcb

Can I send you a Hisense Main board with this problem for repair?
You sure can! We have links in the video description to our flat rate repair service.

Thank you
Hello Nick I have the same problem that you showed in your video. How could I have this problem fixed
Got the same tv. No lights no power tried different batteries and cords no power at all. Power supply?
It could still be a mainboard. The eMMC chip is known to sometimes fail in a way that it produces a no power symptom. I really wouldn't know for sure unless you brought in either the TV or sent in the mainboard and power supply to our shop for testing and troubleshooting.
Thanks. no lights even on the sensor on the bottom by the logo
My 75h6570g tv is stuck on the main screen logo with pixilated line across the top
I would recommend you send me an email directly with a picture of the line you are seeing on screen. This way I can help you identify if you have both a panel failure and a mainboard failure or if the line is perhaps caused by the faulty mainboard. Our contact information is located in the video description.
What’s goin on bro my hi sense turns on shows android blinks red at the bottom and turns off. Is it the main board/ mmc piece
Hello,
The fault you are describing does sound a lot like a mainboard failure due to a defective eMMC chip yes.
Nice job, i had one of these with the same issue. Hisense would not help by sending any firmware.
Yeah that's why we had to purchase a new board first to grab the software from it before we could shoot the video and do the component level repair of the original defective mainboard.
But now that you have the software, you have it for life.
Can you elaborate on what you used to do thus job. It seems like an infrared heater that you program a heating profile. Am I right, secondly you have a vacuum pickup. Is this part of the infrared heating tool? What programmer do you use to read and write the emmc?
How much do you sell the main board
@@angelosanagnostou5550
The rework machine we use for the soldering work is a ZM-R5860C BGA rework station upgraded.
It's crazy because it was downloading the update but I just didn't turn on after
Yeah that's common and it's almost certainly because of the mainboard.
Now as for "fixes everything", I don't know what other issues you have so I couldn't guarantee it would fix "everything"
@@NicksTVRepair and when I first had the problem I got a notification on my tv about storage delete to save I was wondering why is that because I only had 3 apps downloaded so I turned off the TV to fix it then the TV would try to boot just like this video but shut off I call support they told me to download an update it was downloading then it restarted just never turned on after that I did everything they said I don't know thanks for replying
Yeah that for sure mainboard failure
Hello I have a problem with my Hisense smart TV vida 52 inch it's keeps going on and off when I turn it on like every after 2 minutes at times 2 hours
Mhmm, intermittent issues usually means it could be a lot of different things. I would suggest providing me with the model number so I can get a better idea of what TV you have. Hi nick I am wajid from Pakistan
Our contact info is in the video description if you have questions.
Mmh, 10_15 secs. ON here. I updated the firmware from the website. Now, the tv won't turn ON at all. I guess step B _ main board issue now.. 😏
Always interesting. just ordered a jtag plus, my sony 65" has the same error.
Do you have a good board to copy software from?
Very impressive!
Thank you!
You guys are good!
I appreciate the kind words
70H6570G.
TV turns on and shows android screen for a second then turns off and is followed by 3 flashes on power light.
Is there a fix?
Mhmm, I want to say that it is a mainboard fault but I fear it could also be the LED backlight. You would need to test your LED strips using an LED tester. If you want to send in your mainbaord, we can also live test it in our TV and confirm the fault. If the fault is with the mainboard, we will proceed with the repairs, if it's fully functional we will send it back to you with a refund minus our bench fee.

Hey nick my hisense tv has a white background, and I don't know what to order. Model number is 43h4030f4
I am not familiar with this model but with a quick search on google I found this tv model only has 1 circuit board. Not knowing what is wrong with it I would believe this to be the natural first step to take.
If that does not resolve the fault then you may have a panel failure which would require a hands on repair from a tech.
Great job can you send me the part number?
Hey Felix,
All of the information is provided in the video description. We have the part numbers, board numbers, and links to both new modules for sale that you can outright purchase, or if you want to save money, and spend less, you can send in your original defective mainboard for repair.
