Hello, I'm in my seventh semester at VIT V, and I need my transcript to apply for a master's program. I was wondering if VIT would provide me with a prediction transcript for my seventh semester, as US universities require a seventh semester CGPA. additionally

No, VIT V doesn't provide a seventh semester predicted transcript. Either you will have to apply in December end/January or you can submit your application right now and inform the abroad university that you will be submitting your 7th semester marksheet when you receive it later.

And where did you prepare for GRE and IELTS

Fees can be different from university to university. I prepared for GRE through online videos and for IELTS I self studied, just watched a couple of TH-cam videos.
