You should do a deep dive into the Klipper Auto Speed script next! ~ Its functionality exceeds Andrew Ellis' macro. That being said, it still includes Ellis' as an optional, secondary validation 👍🏻
Thank you. I apologize for the sound. I struggle with the mic. My hearing is an issue so that I can't ever tell. Because of this, I get it checked later this month. In the case of this video, when trying to catch the sounds of the motors skipping, I made the mistake of taking the mic off and still talking. I will try to make some adjustments.
I added it when I was having heat issues with that motor. I adjusted the voltage and fixed the problem. It did help when it was running hot, but it was not a huge difference. Adjusting the voltage is the way to go.
@@minimal3dp great video. I would also like to see one on jerk setting. Have not found anything on how to tune to max jerk settings. I am modding an ender 3 s1 pro for speed boat racing and would love to have a reliable way to find max jerk setings.
@@minimal3dp Nope, it was just getting bugged every time and tried many configs which none worked. So I left it like that and used my old speed settings.
Nice simple overview. Good job.
Thanks. I appreciate it.

I think I just saw that one the other day. Do you have a link? I will do a video soon.
Very helpful!
Loved the video, very helpful. Just wanted to know if this tweaks in acceleration are of high risk for the motors in the printer.
I don't believe so. I would just check the temps on your next print and touch test) I would recommend that with Klipper anyway.
I like your videos! Just want to note that your mic quality goes all over the place, louder, quieter, cut outs and sometimes it sound compressed 😐

Hello thank you for this video. And after finding that what you change at the slice example orca slicer?
Take a look at the printer settings.
Do you have a heatsink on your Y stepper motor? Have you noticed any observable improvements as a result of the heatsink?

I'm wondering what the difference is between this and using input shaper. Are they used together, is this used instead of input shaper?
Use them together. Input shaper helps with vibrations that cause ringing in your prints. Once you nail down acceleration. Calculate input shaping.
I'm trying to sort out the max speed of my ender 3 v2 neo, I have upgraded it but I still can't get consistent printing quality with faster speeds.
Are you running klipper or Marlin? What calibrations have you completed so far?
Now i´m having an issue where the "mcu" showing really low values like 0/1/-1... and can´t get it to show results like yours.
Did you figure out your issue?
