You can feel that emotion from them, they are trying their level best to control their grief. You can feel that heaviness in their throat, that pain you get, when under extreme grief. Hope god gives them the strength.

At ANY and EVERY POSTHUMOUS BRAVERY AWARD CEREMONY, be it INSIDE a building or OUTSIDE, EVERYONE should be standing when the next of kin stand up to walk to receive the award.
The next of kin should proceed to take their place ALONGSIDE THE PRESIDENT who should ALSO BE STANDING.
EVERYONE IN ATTENDANCE should REMAIN STANDING when the citation is being read, including THE PRESIDENT.
