Hey Champ, Pretty decent video and very nice lessons. I have to try the one for the earlier sleep. However, I would suggest not stating such stuff like the breakfast is not important and that the fasting is super nice. This doesn’t work for everyone, because the eating plan should be made individually and I can provide you my plans, and how I made greater results than friends who are following this fasting sh*t. The best results that I had were when I was eating 4 times a day (6-7am, 12-1pm, 4-5pm snack and dinner around 7pm). Additionally, I was working out 4 days a week on average with crossfit workouts. For like 3 months, I deleted 50% of my body fat, went exactly the weight that I had to and also gained 1.5kg muscles.
@@Name-uc7kt I only ge it from one place. I live in London, England so I get it from a shop in the Borough market. Probably easier to get if you live more rural. I just Googled 'unpasteurised milk near me'..also I believe some countries actually ban this so depending where you live you may/may not be able to buy. Good luck finding some 💪🏻🥛
