Are you able to negotiate prices in these stores for used gear, or are their prices firm?

Mostly fixed prices. But I was able to negotiate a little. Plus you have automatic 10% off the tax if you are a foreigner.

Hi Tye! Any idea how much it would cost to bring home a guitar to the Philippines with case via PAL?

If you're going to check it in, it's just considered as one of your luggage. PAL didn't charge me for checking in my guitar case. Hope this helps!

Hmm. That I don't know. The most that I came in with is 2 guitars only. I didn't get charged with that.
