This is actually the most detailed tutorial I’ve seen thus far and I’m not just only talking about sliding. You clearly detail weight distributions as well as edges one should lean on for each foot. Even more so is the common mistakes and how these mistakes occur thus a viewer can cognitively notice their errors and correct them appropriately. Keep up the awesome work.
Daniel Naron thanks. We are trying hard to provide the best content possible. You might also like our "How to Powerslide on Inline Skates". Enjoy
I know! Right?!
love the bullet time shot at 3:07 :) this still seems like the best acid slide tutorial in 2024 🙏
Well done, thank you. I'd say the good majority of tutorials on slides of any kind are completely useless. It really is crazy how natural it feels one you get used to committing; you covered all the points that are _actually useful_ to a viewer.
Thanks we also have one on Powerslides

Right on man ill check it out! I just started skating again, I haven't inlined since the late 90's early 00's so I put down the skateboard and bought a new pair of skates, fell immediately back in love lol ive been missing out for years!

Bravissimi ottima spiegazione molto dettagliata 👍
Kool thanks
Well done
Thanks. I want to practice these when it rains. My front wheels keep getting worn out after one ride. Is it ok to rotate the first two wheels independently leaving them on the same skate, just flipping them around? Thanks.
Is it still an acid slide if the trailing sliding foot is on the inside edge?
can you do that on really rough asphalt road?
Yes. The rougher the ground the better you have to be at it. Begginers should learn on the smoothest ground possible. But this isn't really a practical stop, more of a trick.
Where in NYC are you skating???
Will this be easy only on wet surfaces mostly? I guess the answer is common sense LOL. I seem to slide better on rougher ground which seems to be the opposite of what most people say
Initially yeah, but when you get better you'll master being light on the sliding foot allowing you to do it on rougher surfaces
Hahaaa....my foootttt
Laughing minute 3:00 lol
