[FFBE] Rerolling Videos Exdeath, Golbez, Xiao 5*, and Kefka

So decide that while I was bored today I would reroll Final Fantasy Brave Exvius account. If I get good rolls, I will make a dummy FB account for them and give them away. (I only keep the accounts if a CoD, Vaan, Exdeath, Cecil, Bartz, Kefka, Golbez, or Chizuru show up)
