Regieleki wasn’t built for PoGo, it’s stats just don’t transfer well. It’s whole thing in the main series was that it’s blazing fast, it has a faster speed stat than speed form Deoxys. Meaning Regieleki always gets the jump on just about everything, nothing (besides priority moves) we’re moving before Eleki.
It definitely can be! Its so frail that it dies to most fast move pressure, but in the right situation it can shine. A fun mon, just not one id recommend for climbing elo :)

It's not bad because it has shit moves, it's bad because it's glassy and it has the Regi move combination. It's redundant since had it had Regidrago bulk instead it would be a bit better
@@mrex666productions7 - glassy - has no coverage move ...what does any of this have with a good pokemon? also Thunder is not one of those better moves, it's quite meh... so overall the pokemon is bad, I don't hate the pokemon, just for PvP it's simply bad
@@denistvarog4053 It also has lock-on, which can apparently make nuke movesets like Zap Cannon good on something like Registeel? But Regi is too tanky so it works. Not here though.

Fun to use is shadow basic destroyers as:victreebel, gardevoir, sharpedo etc.. this tactic is very dirt but it’s funny
It just need some secondary move.. Sad again another electric type which not get even decent coverage move.

Thunder does 139% to shadow charizard. Zap cannon does over 200%. On a normal charizard thunder still one shots. 116%.
