- We took the CRF250F, XR250L and CRF230F and put them to the test. The bikes got ripped from the backyard track to the deep woods. My buddies Jaden Dahners and Parker Dickinson came along for the carnage. Big thanks to Ethan Portman for coming out there to film!

One of the most entertaining videos on TH-cam!! We had a 2007 CRF230 and currently have a 2002 XR250R so it's fun to see what these bikes are capable of. You guys have to be some of best riders I've seen. I'm almost 60 years old and this is Great stuff!!

This is how I dream I ride my bike. Sometimes I feel unhappy with my bike choice (CRF250F) becausethere so much incredible bike out there but this give me back that little flame

I have a 1993 honda xr250l with over 13,000 miles on it hot or cold kick it till ya get to compression stroke 1/4 kick past top of compression stroke then let the kick starter back up then kick fires up first kick every time motor got 110 psi in its cylinder all stock except may be jet not sure in dg slip on hope this helps ya
Gotta keep those valves adjusted and check the kill switch. The kill switch is notorious for intermittent connections and it'll tire you out before you realize it!
A BBR perimeter framed 230? Wow! Bike is rare now a days. Nice!!!!

The xr250l and xr250r share only the lower part of the engine. A lower compression ratio, a calmer camshaft, narrower headers, a different carburetor, make for a slower engine

I usd to have an XR 250, bulletproof bike that just kept on going on going! Nice to see your video taking them to the limit.
You can see the difference between them and the modern bikes.
Had a 86” XL250R . 4 valve dual carb and that bike ripped. For a heavy ass old school bike. Should have never sold it. Went 90 mph and was a decent trail explorer.

Good riding from a longtime XR-250R rider, currently riding a modded CRF-250F.
Do you plan on modding the 250f? Hyperlite has some cool suspension stuff for it, would be cool to see the performance gains in the woods

My xr250l needs a new carb, it has a engine no tampering whatsoever, what carb do you recommend for the stock setup that would just fit in well.

I'm 2 minutes in, and I'm positive the XR250L is already low on oil.
If my girlfriend has been riding my 110 what’s the next bike she should get I want her eventually doing some table tops / will be in the woods etc. I thought 150- or 250 f she is tall

You guys should bring those bikes on a trail ride in any local riding area and make people cry. Tell Jaden to leave the skunk helmet at home though, and leave the numbers off. You don’t want to give it away.
