Mimighoul can make Closed Sky, go into Requiem, Requiem special summons The Fiendsmith, attach Requiem to The Fiendsmith, use them to Necroquip, from there you can make Ptolemy M7 to add a card from grave to hand(This can be Mimighoul Dragon.), from there you can make I:P and if your opponent has Mimighoul Archfiend rip a card from their hand and draw 1 card. Then you can into S:P or if your opponent has to flip 2 Mimighouls you can make Apallousa or Underworld Goddess. If you opt to play more of the Fiendsmith cards you can do a lot more.
The current meta in DL is having some similar matchups. Unchained is making the rounds, along with Fleur and AGENTS. I have even been clapped by Ancient Warriors today! BUT I got to one-shot with my "signature" combo: Clock Wyvern + its token + Speedroid CarTurbo = HiSpeedroid Kitedrake and a board wipe. I then put down Rain Bozu and used it and the duel skill to swing for game.
Water/Ice has some curious options. I am planning on studying those sets more, partly since more support came out in the DL meta, and the TCG is making its way through quickly too. We are getting caught up rather quickly.

I suspect that the Millenium engine will be apart of a lot of decks after Rage of the Abyss. Caveman can add Blue-Eyes of the Heart and with its interruption working the way it does reason people will want to use the Millenium engine for that reason. Imagine making Raizeol Deadnader and setting Raizeol Hole. Having that extra interruption without triggering Nibiru is incredible. With the new Multcharmy card, Droll, and Nibiru making things harder when Crossover Breakers come out even if you just side a small Millenium engine it will do a lot especially in decks like Centurion that can make full use of its abilities. I think during game 1 the game will be similar to the way it has been with exception of new cards and the ban list. But games 2 and 3 will be significantly different. I feel that will be more about getting around hand traps and finding ways to consistently cheat out interruptions without playing to heavy into any of the hand traps. Fenrir will probably be a staple in formats from Rage of the Abyss onward.
Malcolm in the middle is the best 👌 and in my old age (30) with two kiddos of my own I'm starting to realize Haal and Louis are definitely not unfair lol
Veiler and imperm are really popular among handtrap lineups this format, so you have to open street or you’re ending on little cat pass. It’s much less respected in the meta, so unless they’re on underworld goddess noir becomes really difficult to out. Plays ok into shifter, plays great into mulcharmy. Sleepy is the only good 1 card imo, so combos are often need 2+ cards to put up something threatening, meaning it plays a little worse into this handtrap meta. Probably takes a good pilot.
Any deck that can play Necroquip, The Fiendsmith engine, and the Phantom of Yubel engine can play through additional 3 hand traps. So any deck that can use both engines and Necroquip and play through 2-3 hand traps now only lose to board breakers, floodgates, Nibiru, and maybe Droll. In others words you could make the most expensive Swordsoul deck ever and could win because hand traps don't exist. Decks like Spright with the Nimble package become extra unhealthy for the game because of the extra negates. It isn't a good format but by no means is Snake-Eyes the best anymore I would even go as far as to say that if you can fit the Fiendsmith engine in Dark World Dark World might be the best because it no longer has to respect Nibiru and as a all gas deck fitting the Phantom of Yubel engine in would let you negate Droll. It could take advantage of people having to respect so many decks and overtake Snake-Eyes. Just keep in mind with Silva you don't have to do anything extraordinary to win.

voiceless is insanely strong if u get to resolve Lo, and with voiceless variant it become way easier to play around hand trap or even board and as soon as u resolve voiceless Combo ur in with a tower,proctection from attack and targeting
If Palma Raizeol was a 1 card combo it would demonstrate just how far you can push deck just by making 1 card combos extenders you barely need its spell/traps. It would be a deck that could run 26-28 non-engine. Making 4 or 5 Rank 4s while doing it would be absurd.
With the new Blue-Eyes support if we will get 1 more 1 card combo that will let us get into Spirit Dragon the Fiendsmith engine + Necroquip might take it all the way to tier 1 because of Spirit Ultimate and the Crimson Dragon. Granted it might not even need 1 more 1 card combo because after thinking about I realized that because thinking about it the its 1 card combos are designed you generally only get stopped by Ash Blossom and with Prayers With Eyes of Blue adding Maiden of White or Sage With Eyes of Blue and the Saga of the Blue-Eyed Dragon is a 1 card combo so maybe we don't have to worry about it because with Sage being a 1 card combo you already have the ability to play through 2 hand traps realistically and the Fiensmith engine plus Necroquip will allow you to play through up to 4 hand traps. So I think it can already be in tier 1 territory and Blue-Eyes still has 4 unrevealed cards.
I love how ritual beast constantly gets hated on even when being praised “it’s a glass cannon” bruh no deck could have won in the scenarios where it lost. “Nibiru is an issue” and it’s an issue for the best decks as well. That’s why it’s being played. I mean it got second at the EUWCQ can people please just recognize that the deck is good at this point. Yea it’s harder than all three of the best decks, but that’s because a literal toddler can play those. Their combos are super linear and play themselves. I mean it’s just forbidden that the deck require our two brain cells to collide every once in a while to actually play.
With Woods Spright doesn't have problems going 2nd Cali and if you compare it to other tier 1 decks it has comparable power and consistency to the very best of them. They can play through up to 4 hand traps with the perfect hand and if your opponent pushes you that far when your going first they are almost out of gas. Two cards can only go so far unless your 1 card combos are like Moye into Chixao. Some 1 card combos only give you one extra deck monster.

Hand-traps being the meta staples for so long is just exhausting, not to mention every time I hear about cool stuff going on in yugioh I want to get back into but then its like you have to use x engine to make a deck competitive but said engine is like 300 bucks witch I don't have and it sucks like I just wanna play the game but with stuff that's floating around either it being high prices or jank mechanics like hand-traps, like I love Yugioh I've been following/playing the card game since it fist came to the states I've seen every meta that has come and gone and every deck thats been around and seeing the game today its just exhausting (sry for the long rant I just felt like giving my two cents)
Well you break your opponents board with Blue-Eyes of the Heart while special summoning it so since you've now got xyz plays in addition to link plays I think it'll be tier 1 very soon.
Its not only a board breaker on opp turn but also a no downside searcher and makes shield look like shit. Also the search doest require to be sent to graveyard meaning you can play under shifter.
I still think dark world is too good for not being mentioned. i mean u can easily go 2. and going 1st u handloop or make a board even more unbreakable than rikka. and for the point that it needs luck. u can brick but so does snake eye. in like 100 hands u cant even make bagoozka with like 2 hands.

My observation is that RDA seems to have overtaken Cydra as the anime deck that people cope about
Cydra is not only long dead, its corpse was put up on a pike and paraded through the town by making new support...exclusive to Rush Duel.
The current anime Deck is Yubel. The anime cope Deck migrated from Cydra to RDA because the people who make the cards decreed it.
If that deck could consistently play through hand traps t1 it wouldn’t be cope. It’s the only thing holding it back from being tier 1 or 2.
