I was cleaning my contacts wrong the whole time. I'm a new contact wearer (1 week only). The eye doctor I got them from told me to just take them right out of the contact lenses case and put them in my eyes. Now I know to take them out of the case and CLEAN with a few drops and then put them in. As well as when I take them out, to clean them and then put them in the case with new solution. Thank you!
