Funniest Videos Of 2019 This is so me. I asked my optometrist if I could just pay him under the table to put them in && out once a month. He didn’t say no but never said yes. If only I could get that lucky.
I've not worn contacts for years and got new ones yesterday. I managed to get them in no problem but could I hell remember how to take them out. I watched your video and it wasn't how I used to do it (even though I can't remember) but after watching I managed. Then today, got them in no problem and when it came to taking them out I couldn't, so I watched this video again then I managed to do it. See you again tomorrow I guess lmao
I went to try them on yesterday and it took me a whole hour to get them out when the doctor put them in, it's so weird touching your eyeballs, cuz the first instict you have when something's close to your eyeballs is to roll your eyes or blink
Beginners MY ASS. This is some experienced shit right here. I got as close as 2 inches away from my eye and it overpowered my fingers, snapped shut and refused to open again all night.
+Freddie Foxx I am wearing contact lenses right now for the second time. The first time, it took me 1 fucking hour to put them in. Second time, five mins.
+DimitrisGerakaris I came back from the doctor from about half an hour, I was there for more than an hour and I finally inserted it at the last time but I couldn't take it off😂😂 and someone took it off for me, I don't know if I am going to try again.
Thank you. 40 yr old using contacts for the first time. Crying from the frustration of putting in and taking out these things. You’re video helped so damn much. Also reminded me that things are going to be ok. You got this. Thank you so much!!
I desperately want contacts but when I go to the place and try I can never put them in. I can't put it in my eye I get too freaked out and close my eyes. I've been going to the eye doctor for a month to try and no progress.
A7X thats exactly my problem too. ive been wearing glasses all my life and ready for a change but when they told me to touch my eye i was too scared, eyes were watering, and kept blinking...
Snuggle Buggles yeah idk why but I just can't do it. It's a shame. I think I'd be able to do it if my mom was there to calm me down because I get very frustrated and freaked out after trying to put it in. But I really want to put them in I just can't.
A7X omg same problem😭😂 just go from the optometrist today and hahaha I can't do it! he taught me tho but I just can't..tried it tonight but I gave up am just gonna practice tmr again lol..good luck to us!
I went to the doctor for training and the nurse WAS NOT HELPFUL AT ALL she just pretty much told me I'm on my own and just watched me struggle for a hour without any help I went home and now I'm gonna have to learn on my own and go back and try again bc i'm determined I'm not going to homecoming with glasses
same with me. i just got mine today after having to go back to the eye doctor for 3 weeks trying over and over again to get them cus i blink a ton 😹😹😹 you just need to practice a lot and it will work trust me
Like Nanci said, after awhile you won't even need a mirror. You'll be able to put them in and take them out anytime, anywhere, and barely thinking about it.
To those who struggle to put and take your contacts out, dont give up. I know it is aggravating for the first couple days, but it does not take long to get the hang of. I got mine about a month and a half ago and I dont struggle at all anymore
No I made that mistake. You might THINK your eye is too small but remember you don’t have to have your top lid up so far that it’s open, you’re just getting it out of the way of the contact! You could even just open your bottom lid! Open up your bottom lid and tap it onto the whites of your eye and then blink and it will move into place. Remember the lense creates a barrier so you aren’t actually poking your eye, so you can tap it right into the eye whites and it’s soft.
I’m one of the unlucky people with 2 different prescriptions. My right eye is significantly worse than my left, so I kinda hope my left eye will worsen and match😂
well you can bring it closer to your eyes so you can see, i have horrible vision and i wear contacts its not that hard to inspect them, i know this was most likely a joke so sorry if i missed it lol 😂😳
Oh thank you so very much! I’ve really been struggling getting my contacts out. First time user at 62 yrs old! Finally, it clicked when I saw you hold the contact in place and move your eyeball to the center. OH! Marvelous. Can’t thank you enough. Got it out then, the very first try!!!!! You made my day!!!
To add to this video, as an experienced contact lens technician, ALWAYS make sure to apply any face lotions or beauty products AFTER contact lenses are inserted. Since most mascaras are fiber based, those fibers can fall off the lashes onto the cornea and get stuck under the contact lens meaning possibility for corneal infection or abrasion. It’s also not recommended to wear eyeliner directly on your waterline as the eyeliner can run off into your eyes and under the contact lenses as well.
Perfect guide! Today was my very first time wearing contacts and thanks to your video it only took me around 5-10 minutes to put them in on my first go! :D
Holy crap!! I just started wearing prescription contacts this week and was having trouble removing them (I've been trying to get them out for the past 5 minutes). I watched your video, and I literally removed both of them in less than 30 seconds! You are amazing, lol!
it took me like 3 days to get used to them, don’t be scared and keep trying, trust me i was scared as hell and now i’m great at it after legit like 3-5 days
Thank you!!!! I love you,it's about to be 3 AM and I was struggling to take them off and I tried your look away while pinching technique and got it out the first time! Lifesaver!!!! Thank you so much again!!!!
Just got my contacts today! Here's a few tips. -If your finger gets wet while touching your eye dry it with your skin to prevent infection -file down your nails to make it easier -think of something else if you're scared -Grab the contact from the edge if it's easier to take it out for you My first time took me a while to do but now my second time I did it a lot quicker, just don't panic.
@@shareka478 try putting some contact solution on your finger tip, if it’s not that it might be that you’re pulling your finger away before the contact sticks to your eye :)
Was totally having a freak out session during my first day of contact lens wear when it came to taking them off. This video helped in a matter of a couple of minutes. Thank you!
****please put the contacts FIRST before putting makeup on!!**** I'm an eye tech and i stress to the patients all the time. Please DONT sleep or nap with the contacts in as this can cause a CORNEAL ULCER.
DO NOT SLEEP WITH YOUR CONTACTS ON! Rewetting your eye's is something you need to do but to get them out but this doesn't make it ok. Your eye's move around alot when your asleep and your not blinking when your asleep this will cause the contact to dry out, When your contacts dry out they can latch harder to the eye and can scratch your eye while your asleep, Once you wake up and need to get the contact off you could do further damage to the eye due the the extra work that will be needed to get it off.
Yoooooooo taking these things off are hell. I spent 40 MINUTES trying to take both Devils off. I got the right one out first by looking down then pinching it off then I got the left one out second by looking to the side like she do. I can move it to the side easy but pinching it out is hard af 😭😭😭😩😩😩 I always feel like I am poking my eye out and I blink then it goes back to position. Day 1 though. 😩😩😩😩😩
Marcus Fried Rice I wore contacts for the first time today and I found taking them out so much easier than putting them in, I didn't move them around my eye taking them off, I just pinched them where they were and pulled away and it came off super easy
Freakin' nightmare, getting them out has been harder than putting them in, and that sucks, too. Got 'em on Thursday, tried for 30 min on Fri to put them in and gave up. Stuck with it on Sat. after looking at a few TH-cam vids on it, got 'em in after a struggle, then couldn't get the little MF out at night. Thought I'd have to go to the optometrist or the ER! Finally got them out, was nearly losing my mind. I didn't even try to use them on Sunday, put them in this morning because of work. Again, was harder to get them out. I ended up squeezing / pinching with my eyes closed, that seemed to loosen them up and they came out easier. If I didn't have to have these so I can play baseball with them, I'd say F it all and use glasses.
Wow...first time I used contact lens... But in my first attempt itself...I succeeded....I did as shown by you... Thank you so much...in between the video u stopped and said clearly... really that is too good and helpful.... thank you so much for stopping video and explaining....
Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! I'm new to contacts. I was having an extreme amount of trouble removing my contact lenses. The technique you demonstrated that involved moving the contact to the side of your eye really helped me. Thank you! The whole video was well done and a great introduction to beginners.
So I was watching her put it in and I was like "oh that doesn't look so bad." But then when she fucking removed it BITCH NUH UH I AINT PINCHING MY FUCKIN EYEBALL TF
There is another popular method, from my opinion better and safer. Basically you pull the side of your eye with your middle finger. Then you put your middle finger on your too eye lid. Then you push inwards and down. The contact pops right out without even feeling it
HAHA, same here. It was like, OK, that's not so bad. I can do that. Ok. NOPE.... RUN AWAY! Great tutorial though! I wantesd to try theatrical ones this year. Guess not.
I know I'm RElly late to the convo. BUT, I had to thank you for this tutorial. I was about to cry until I used your method for removal. Thank you! I wish you many years of happiness and prosperity. -Brian
My 1st time wearing contacts, took me 2 hrs to put them on, then out then on. It was harder than my last therapeutics exam. I will keep practicing till I get it.
OMG this is amazing!! I just got contacts a few weeks ago and I've been struggling to get them in (like it takes me 20 min, lol). No one ever told me to move my eye around! I got each contact in on the first try! :) This is life-changing, lol--- thanks so much!!
At the point where you slide the lens to the side in your right eye, I actually started clapping. Amazing control. I'm all tears and eye gouging trying to get the little buggers out.
It actually only took me about half an hour to get them out. It’s best to try and take them out a few hours before bed so that if you need several hours to do it, you’ll have the time. Took me three days to get them in, half an hour to get them out. Now it takes me 20 min to get them in and 15 for getting them out. First time is always the worst.
VirtualDude 728 I finally got contacts and it’s been a week and it’s really not that hard tbh takes me 10-15 minutes to get them in or out though sometimes it takes longer
It's all genetics, I asked my GPC and she told me that if everyone who watched too much TV had to get glasses/contacts, nobody would have normal vision.
Really really helpful. I have been struggling to get my contacts in for 1hr... I literally gave up when I stumbled upon this video. Although I tried again for almost another 30mins after watching d video 😂, I finally fixed it. Thanks a lot
Y'all i can't believe i'm finally putting them on and off so easily.. At first i was soo scared and it wasn't that easy the first 2 or 3 days but then you gonna be laughing at yourself of how you were so afraid to do it and just realize it's so easy.
If someone is having a panic attack because you cant take them out, read this! I figured it out in 1 try. First you need to make sure your thumb and pointing finger are completely dry so lens can stick to them (no need for too much pinching). And second, make a slight pinch on lenses while looking straight with your eyes (make a slight pinch on pupil). Remember not too look down or up, otherwise you will be touching and "pinching" a part of the eyes (white part) that has no lenses on them. Do this and you will be suprised how they stick to fingers. If you still dont manage it, have a break few minutes and try again. Just remember: No need to panic!!
THANK YOU SOOOOOO MUCH!!!! I have serious anxiety when I put my contacts in so this really helped! I didn't realize I could slowly let it off of my finger so thank you!
+Sarah 22 it takes practice! Make sure to not panic because that won't help and it'll be ok! Try for a little bit and if you can't do it take a break and come back to it!
You did a great job explaining and demonstrating the steps. I was thinking about using Halloween contact lenses, but since I've never worn any before, I'm thinking it may not be worth it, lol.
It is totally worth it. It is not a big deal. First time I used contact lenses I did it drunk on a festival because I was too scare to do it sober but it is really easier than you think
Yeah I got mine today and they were helping me learn to clean, insert, and take out. I felt safe doing it there because there was a professional who could do something if I messed up but now that I'm home I can't force myself to take them out.
How can I know if the lenses are in the good side? I looked and every side looked the same, but really. I don't know!!!!:(( I learnt how to put them in in 5 minutes but I'm scared of removing it.
every word you said happened to me today😂😂 I finally did it after an hour and I couldn't take it off😂😂 the nurse took it😂😂 I don't know if I am going to were it again
After multiple attempts, I finally put both of them in!! When I had put one in, I started to freak out because I can see out of on eye, and the other was completely blurry. Once I got over that, I was finally able to put the last one into my other eye. I feel very weird yet relief after all of that.
I came to this video to find an easy way to remove right contact that I think glued itself to my flippin" eyeball. But I have been laughing so hard I have tears running down my face from reading all these hysterical postings. So glad it is not just me!!!
+Illyria™ I've been trying to pinch them and grab them and it doesn't work. Then I try and drag it down and it won't budge, I've been trying for two days. The only way it works is if I squeeze the two eyelids so the contacts fall out if you know what I mean.
+Rose Gonsiorowski lol I got them in after like an hour at the eye doctor and then they sent me home w them in and it took an hour to get them out and I haven't gotten them in since then 🙂🔫

Today my mom mentioned contact lens and my older brother said I look good without glasses so I decided to give it a try and I found this video and watched carefully and tried it myself, it took so many tries then I finally got the hang of it, I actually used my mom’s contacts that aren’t prescribed that she never even opened and had that to practice, my eye burns a little because it feels like I cried a lot... thank you again! 😄
Thanks, I’m a new contact lense wearer and I have problems taking off mine but since I seen this video and saw you take yours off, I tried it and it works so well. It just comes right off . Thanks

yall i got. i put it in. so the trick for me was not to stare into my eyeball but to look to the side and slowly move your finger towards your eye until you don’t feel a tap. also practice touching your eyeball to get used to it and not to blink.:) hope this helped someone👀

@@WellKnownWanderer 😂😂😂😂😂 you make my day
I've not worn contacts for years and got new ones yesterday.
Lmao
😂
😂😂😂
Hahahaha
😂😂😂😂
I swear to God, it is still very very hard to insert/remove contact lens. My eyes just won't stop blinking.
ryan hxen true :(
Am still blinking like 1000times per second. Any ideas in how to get over the hump
Sameee
I went to try them on yesterday and it took me a whole hour to get them out when the doctor put them in, it's so weird touching your eyeballs, cuz the first instict you have when something's close to your eyeballs is to roll your eyes or blink
Still the same scenario how can i do that its so hard for the 1st timer like me .. 😭😭😭
Beginners MY ASS. This is some experienced shit right here. I got as close as 2 inches away from my eye and it overpowered my fingers, snapped shut and refused to open again all night.
Lmao....It's easy once you get the hang of it....took me 30 mins to put one in my 1st time cuz I was scared as shit...It's nothin to pop em in now
+Freddie Foxx I am wearing contact lenses right now for the second time.
+Raneem Mohammad it's so easy! i use contact lenses for 20 days! at first it was very difficult but now it's ok! try more and dont be nervous ;)
Haha same
I feel like when they go in, I'm not gonna get em back out again. 😭
I have a fear of putting things in my eyes

Who doesn't???????
honestly you make it seem so easy to take them off
Ikr?! I struggled for fucking ages when i tried for the first few times
Bryan Villescas it's easier to take them off then putting it on
Putting on lenses is such a drag for me but when taking them off it takes less than a second for each eye.
Taking them off seems easier than putting them on.
Bryan Villescas when I first tried it took me like 30 minutes my eye doctor and mom were laughing at me
My biggest fear is that i forget I’m not wearing contacts and try too remove nothing and end up pinching my pupil
Have actually done that and it hurts imao

Ah no!!!
Wouldn’t you always know wether or not you have your contacts on based on your vision.

Exactly!
Contacts are easy to put in. First day got my right eye in and 2nd day left eye
A7X omg same problem😭😂 just go from the optometrist today and hahaha I can't do it! he taught me tho but I just can't..tried it tonight but I gave up am just gonna practice tmr again lol..good luck to us!
A7X hey! how's it goin now? any progress? coz I have the same problem lol
WOWWTFFF THAT SWIPING PULLING WAS SO SMOOTH??!!!
I went to the doctor for training and the nurse WAS NOT HELPFUL AT ALL she just pretty much told me I'm on my own and just watched me struggle for a hour without any help I went home and now I'm gonna have to learn on my own and go back and try again bc i'm determined I'm not going to homecoming with glasses
seo bitch did you get it?
Sameee
ME TOO. They're not supportive at all.
They don't replace glasses, cause you can't have them on all day you have to take them off every few hours cause they'll dry off.
Did you end up getting it???
I wasted my 1hour just trying to put contacts in wheres other people find it easy. Is anyone else with me or am I the only one 😫
Practice and play with it and watch different videos and you’ll figure it out. Practice practice practice
Im new to contacts now im crying ITS HARDDD
Not alone. I had my trial in Tuesday and after an hour I got one in but my eyes started watering like crazy. I go back in today.
same with me. i just got mine today after having to go back to the eye doctor for 3 weeks trying over and over again to get them cus i blink a ton 😹😹😹 you just need to practice a lot and it will work trust me
Here :/
I put it but I can't remove it omg I'll die

Try swiping it down and toward the inner corner of your eye -- and remember to put a bit of pressure on it while doing so
Kels Monti ひ 😭😭 you scared me to death by saying this

Like Nanci said, after awhile you won't even need a mirror. You'll be able to put them in and take them out anytime, anywhere, and barely thinking about it.
To those who struggle to put and take your contacts out, dont give up. I know it is aggravating for the first couple days, but it does not take long to get the hang of. I got mine about a month and a half ago and I dont struggle at all anymore
When your eyes are too small to put lenses in properly XD
Same hahahaha
Me
No I made that mistake.
Deku: try me bitch
(Literally would have no problem putting contacts in-)

This video helped so much. Such a clear cut approach without all the heavy editing or millions of subs. The slow mo view helped me a lot
Holy crap!! I just started wearing prescription contacts this week and was having trouble removing them (I've been trying to get them out for the past 5 minutes). I watched your video, and I literally removed both of them in less than 30 seconds! You are amazing, lol!

Just got my contacts today! Here's a few tips.
-If your finger gets wet while touching your eye dry it with your skin to prevent infection
-file down your nails to make it easier
-think of something else if you're scared
-Grab the contact from the edge if it's easier to take it out for you
My first time took me a while to do but now my second time I did it a lot quicker, just don't panic.
My lens get stuck on fingers what is the issue
@@shareka478 try putting some contact solution on your finger tip, if it’s not that it might be that you’re pulling your finger away before the contact sticks to your eye :)

Thank you for this advice, even six years later u are helping me take out my contacts. Have good day
Was totally having a freak out session during my first day of contact lens wear when it came to taking them off. This video helped in a matter of a couple of minutes. Thank you!
****please put the contacts FIRST before putting makeup on!!**** I'm an eye tech and i stress to the patients all the time. Please DONT sleep or nap with the contacts in as this can cause a CORNEAL ULCER.
RoseGold.K don't contacts also make deform your eyeball or something? My dad said contacts screw up your eyeballs and make it go concave
Whatttttt????? Bitch my ass just took a fucking 5 hr nap in my first pair of contacts cuz a bitch got em stuckk 😭
It’s okay to sleep, just do not panic. You want to put 1 or 2 rewetting drops in and take them out.
DO NOT SLEEP WITH YOUR CONTACTS ON! Rewetting your eye's is something you need to do but to get them out but this doesn't make it ok. Your eye's move around alot when your asleep and your not blinking when your asleep this will cause the contact to dry out, When your contacts dry out they can latch harder to the eye and can scratch your eye while your asleep, Once you wake up and need to get the contact off you could do further damage to the eye due the the extra work that will be needed to get it off.
why must put contacts first?? can i just put makeup first then contacts?? what the side effect then?
Libby's Makeup yea I'm getting better taking them out now but now I kinda have trouble putting it in lmao
try a whole hour of trying to take these bastards out.
If I didn't have to have these so I can play baseball with them, I'd say F it all and use glasses.
i get mine tomorrow
Wow...first time I used contact lens...
But in my first attempt itself...I succeeded....I did as shown by you...
Thank you so much...in between the video u stopped and said clearly... really that is too good and helpful.... thank you so much for stopping video and explaining....
It looks scary but anyway it's better then living with glasses my whole life
@LegoGuy87 lmfao so me
@Abigail Chaiyasate thats because you get used to them it's normal
It isn't scary tho
@LegoGuy87 trust me. Contacts are better than surgery. It may look scary, but it's not. I promise
@LegoGuy87 well then contacts are better than wearing glasses if your physical. Then the contacts won't fall out
Thanks! I'm getting color contacts and I wanted to make sure I did EVERYTHING right before I messed up my eyes in any way.

Inserting is easy but taking them off is another story.
BikerInLeathers putting them on is hard for me
For Me it's the opposite I take them off in seconds but an hour to put them on
BikerInLeathers vice versa for me
Sharadably Sharadably likewise taking off is way easier
It’s been a week and I still can’t put them on!
contacts are awesome but putting them on is a pain in the butt. i wish i could just not blink whenever my finger is touching my cornea
The contact pops right out without even feeling it
I'll be wearing glasses.
do I put them in solution after first use
HAHA, same here. It was like, OK, that's not so bad. I can do that. Ok. NOPE.... RUN AWAY! Great tutorial though! I wantesd to try theatrical ones this year. Guess not.

I'm digging the happy music. I feel so good and happy now.
At the point where you slide the lens to the side in your right eye, I actually started clapping.

Dude, I finally got my contacts in after three days. Thank the Lord.
*_Now I just have to get them out_*
That’s my fear, what if this is my eye now, just apart of it until my death
It actually only took me about half an hour to get them out. It’s best to try and take them out a few hours before bed so that if you need several hours to do it, you’ll have the time. Took me three days to get them in, half an hour to get them out. Now it takes me 20 min to get them in and 15 for getting them out. First time is always the worst.
VirtualDude 728 I finally got contacts and it’s been a week and it’s really not that hard tbh takes me 10-15 minutes to get them in or out though sometimes it takes longer
Now I can actually take contacts off first try quite easily, and putting them on is only one or two tries

it worked!!! the pinch and grab technique, I literally spent an entire hour trying to do it, until I saw your video, thanks
Just remember: No need to panic!!
it s so hard to get them outttttt
thank youu

You did a great job explaining and demonstrating the steps. I was thinking about using Halloween contact lenses, but since I've never worn any before, I'm thinking it may not be worth it, lol.
It is totally worth it. It is not a big deal. First time I used contact lenses I did it drunk on a festival because I was too scare to do it sober but it is really easier than you think
