I like L'Imperatrice quite a bit, so I bought a few fragrances with watermelon in them, thinking that was the note I enjoyed. Turns out nope, I just like L'Imperatrice lol. L'Imperatrice has a boozy fruit smell that reminds me of a peach drink, rather than just watermelon. I would still like to try 4711 Bamboo & Watermelon, and the limited edition L'Imperatrice from 2020 if they ever make their way to discount sites though. As for other video ideas, since you mentioned that Lovely Day smells like watermelon even though that note isn't listed, it might be fun to hear what other fragrances give you certain impressions even though they don't have XYZ note listed (e.g., smells like tea even though there are no tea notes listed, etc.). Yay! This was exactly what I needed today. I was looking at the Shay & Blue White Peach when I saw the Watermelons one and I remembered you had just posted this. I think I might have to get both now, lol.
Your video popped up on my feed today and I just so happen to LOVE watermelon fragrances! I now must try the D&G one. I have the Escada and so like it but I’d love MORE watermelon! I love the scent of Raw Sugar’s watermelon body wash and lotion and would wear that if I could as a fragrance. Thank you for your review! I shall subscribe 😊
