Nah. Would of just typed up a homemade contract with my partner and split everything minus our separate bank accounts 😅 Then have our friends as witness. Time, date, signatures, done. 😂

Your videos are the best, none of the fluff like some of the other channels, just real, honest issues that needs to be addressed!

You guys are really smart; not making one always gives the other party or yourself temptation. This leaves no weaknesses or uncertainty that can be exploited by future variants that might be different.

Given the stats on divorce, it's a mature and wise approach. The number one reason marriages end is because of financial disagreements. People insure their homes, their car, so why not their marriage? Will save a lot of headache if the worst were to unfold.

Thank u so much for this info! I never knew how much I needed it till watching this video lol
I see so many white men/Asian women couples who end up in nasty divorces, I think prenups would help in those situations

Thanks, Rose! There's not a lot of people talking about prenups out there, so we thought it would be helpful to others if we shared our side of the story.

i would never want to do something like this, because you want to trust that your partners will be civilly reasonable; and respectful in your wish's for you both to be happy. although i think that given the status quo of divorces with children or not, i think it is a thing to always consider before tying the knot; and setting up as quickly as possible during a time that is good with a clear open mind. i'm happy y'all handled it respectfully, and let each other have a say in this very personal conversation given the possibility that things go south for whatever reason (don't see anything in the marriage, lose love for each other, and so forth); then for the most part y'all aren't so unhappy with each other. basically you both have equal say, and understanding that you established that you both get something out of it. although we never want that to actually happen as i feel like you both are too good for that to happen, but doing this just in case will eliminate unnecessary stressors that once divorced no one wants to deal with. i just don't know in the future if i would be able to make my significant other to see why we should get it, or not. i for one am hoping they will, but by many povs i guess you can say it is a rarity that some people agree to this as shown by my own experience; and the research i've done on this topic.

did you guys have big income disparity so you had to get prenup? usually if you have the similar income there is no point
