Thanks for the comment. But this is the beauty of proper martial arts. The movements, choreographies, and physical strengths may leave us over time, but the principles and mental aspects instilled in us remain. I always aim to have my students grasp the “life lessons” from me before they nail down their curriculum. Chances are, most of them will move on from my martial arts classes in years’ time. So those movements will not matter, but the character they develop will
Thanks. I did it when I was 15. I think I remember that we did it while tensing all the upper torso muscles. Is that right? Or even the whole body. Is that acceptable? 🙏
