I bought mine a couple of months back, after I realized that I almost never used the pliers that make my other multitools so much larger. It's been a champ. Being able to one-hand the blade is a great bonus And the scissors are more usable than the ones on most of the plier type multitools that I own. Sometimes I find that sometimes the release for the secondary tools hangs a bit and I have to use my other hand to push them out, but I never have a problem with unlocking after use. I wish that i could get security Torx in a format that's usable by this sort of tool, because that would make it pretty much perfect for me, but it isn't going to happen.
I feel like you use the pliers a lot... Because I'm always pulling them out and trying them... If I'm being honest, 90 percent of the time, I pull them out, try to use them, and they don't work so I go grab some vice grips😂. Maybe I should forego the pliers as well. Saves a ton of weight.
Love the KS2E! The scissors, saw and knife are awesome. Regarding the smaller tools, the in line Phillips is great. I'm OK with the small file on the Phillips. It's not great for fingernails, but you can use it to file small things down. I'd be OK if they changed it to diamond. It's a minor tool. The can opener/bottle opener works well. As do the tweezers in the scissor handle. In addition to punching and drilling holes, the awl has a very sharp edge which makes it an awesome package opener. The only changes I made: 1) I removed the pocket clip (takes less than a minute), 2) I bought the iFixit Moray 4mm bit kit and changed the bits. The iFixit bits work much better with the magnet in the adapter.
Alot of reviewers sadly have a contact where they must send back the products after they show them off. Not ever company does this but I do what to show real world testing where I can and if I can not then I'll make it clear in the video. That said thank you for the watch
It is not the same as olight ks2. Olight ks2 i heard is the original Ks2 without the metal quality upgrade but with aluminum scales. Ks2 e is better in almost all aspects

Nice review. It has become my multi tool of choice. I just wish the thumbstud was removable, because it makes sharpening the blade a pain.
