Planetary Taris (Republic)

I had to improvise Taris. The "Story" quests outlined in purple were a little questionable. For the first area, it chose the questline for the homestead instead of the one you get at the spaceport to meet Governor Saresh. And for the last area, it didn't choose anything, so I tacked on the mission to the archives so it wouldn't end anti-climactically by telling a random Republic trooper that you did 2 other quests and calling it a day.
Balmorra didn't have this issue. It could be argued that Coruscant had that one mission with the Senator that makes more sense than the Gree stuff, but the Gree stuff was always the Republic's equivalent of the Revanite questline, which is all the Empire has, so I think it's fine. And obviously, the starter worlds have nothing.
