Problem is, most people that call themselves introverted actually are socially inept/unsuccessful.
If you're an introvert, you CHOOSE not to hang out with your friends every day. You CHOOSE to go in your room and close the door instead of having it open, being potentially interrupted by other people.
Most actual introverts that didn't dive deeply into it would say they're "somewhere in between". An Introvert still has friends, an Introvert still has romantic pursuits, an Introvert still likes to hang out with people. It's just that an extrovert basically fills all the free time they have with it, whereas an introvert chooses that time very consciously.
You're not an introvert if you have no friends, feel lonely, and have nobody to talk about your problems to. You're lonely. Maybe you're a lonely introvert, but you're primarily lonely.
I can spend days isolated in a room just with a connection to the internet, even if I was cut off from people I know, but if I had nobody I could talk to, to hang out with when I FELT like it, I would be lonely.

Its because of how their brain responds to dopamine. You can absolutely be an introvert with high social skills/status it just means you may avoid social events because it leaves you feeling exhausted and drained. I'm an introvert and I'll still go to large social events and enjoy them its just that after I need to decompress and recharge. Introverts can and do still enjoy parties its just that they need time to recharge after. Also you can be an introvert who likes throwing parties or being on stage, introvert and extravert aren't always exclusive terms. Your describing someone who is antisocial, and some introverts may be antisocial. You can be a bad introvert if you let that part of your personality negatively effect your life, then it becomes a problem and can lead to becoming antisocial.

It's not sad if he's aware of it. It's his choice. To some of them there are some positives from being in onlyfans and negatives from being in a "real" relationship. And it's pretty easy to see why. Being in a relationship requires a lot of "give and take", you'll spend your time doing stuff you don't want to because you're with that person. Sometimes you want to be alone for like a week, away from the talking and the problems but you can't because you're in a long term relationship.
I speak from my personal experience in life. I'm in a 8 year relationship with my college sweetheart, we have great chemistry and a beautiful camaraderie but it's only normal for two or more humans being that live together to want to be alone for some time. But sometimes you can't.
So yea, I personally don't like to assume other people's reality is a "lie" or not. Everyone has their onw truth. The reason why OnlyFans and other lonely bait even exists is because we aren't being educated about what to do when we're lonely from an early age. I can't recall a single time I was taught coping strategies unless it was from a therapist or psychiatrist. I can't recall a single time I was asked by a teacher if I was lonely. Might be asking for a lot but is it really that hard for them to reach out to the unpopular kid?
The problem is that Therapists and Psychiatrists are only accessible to people who have money. I would say for people who are comfortably in the middle class and above. But there are plenty of lonely poor people that could benefit from seeing a shrink, but are unable to.

That would require teachers to stick their neck out for students and be more involved in their personal lives, which isn't going to happen for a number of reasons, but certainly not while their own livelihood is so insecure. Besides, most modern western parents would be deeply uncomfortable with the prospect of their children opening up to their teacher and trusting them enough to share their innermost thoughts with them.
That kind of scenario would almost certainly create an awkward situation where teachers will find themselves having to constructively criticise parents on the way they raise their own children, which will definitely result in a great many unhappy parents. There will also be dilemmas such as children sharing information with teachers that even parents are in the dark about. Who is the teacher obligated to prioritise in this scenario? Do they violate the student's trust by sharing their secrets with their parents or are they ultimately performing a service for the parents and are consequently responsible to them? There's no clear answer to this question.
Besides, asking more of teachers would exacerbate the need for teaching staff, as demands on teachers are already approaching human limits. If you want them to now manage the emotional lives of their students as well then you'll need to split the work load amongst an ever greater work force of teachers and assistants, as well as retrain educational staff at all levels to accommodate these new priorities.

I used to be lonely. I'm in my early 30's and never had a second date let alone a relationship before and it spiralled me in to a deep state of depression and loneliness. I noticed a lot of people in the comments saying things along the lines of, "lonely, attention-starved men" but I think this a two way street that impacts everyone. People, in general, are having trouble finding meaningful relationships and it's because it stems from them having little self-worth. They're putting the onus on another person to give them worth, which is why I disagreed with the, "get a real girl==light at the end of the tunnel" message the video espoused.
Just getting a real-life relationship isn't the solution. The major issue of a lack of self-worth is still there. If these people break up, won't it be just as likely that they'll go back to onlyfans style content--hurt by relationships once again?

No, the issue here is that people are attempting to derive self-worth from others. You, as a person, have intrinsic value. Maybe you're socially awkward, maybe you don't have a job and live as a NEET. Whatever negatives are bringing you down does not deteriorate your value as a person.
The quicker people start appreciating the good, even if they think it's small or non-existent, within themselves, the more likely they can take the small steps to improving themselves and becoming better people--ones who can connect with others.

I do agree on the idea that self worth is deteriorating as we go further along, but unfortunately when we are born in this day and age it is getting increasingly harder and harder to view your self worth as a person. With various ads (and its ilk) all claiming that you can be *blank* if you bought this product, it all points to the fictitious idea of basing your self worth on what you buy, what you own, and how good you look. These altruistic ideals are the norm, hence (as you stated) people who weren't accepted look for guaranteed self-validation. This may sound defeatist, but as simple shift in perspective isn't going to crumble what has been imposed on us since we were born. To selfishly declare "I have worth" is something so alien and extraneous to those who don't even understand what their 'good' qualities are.

I know it can be hard, but being there for people who are down and spreading the ideas of inherent self-worth not tied to something material is empowering. Little by little, the more people who begin to adopt such a mindset, internalise it, and spread it to others can help society grow.
Maybe it's alien to our current generation, but it is my sincerest hope that such thought is not alien to the next.

The cognitive disconnect between "when you want someone really badly and will never get them is worse than being alone" and making money off of that exact phenomenon with people who'd otherwise just be alone. Not to demonize these models as it's clearly something a lot of people wouldnt turn down, but it shows how disparate our generation has become in our relationships, and how our culture needs some serious soul searching on how we can better connect with people.
I think the problem is that a lot of the creators, and the consumers both know they are doing something wrong, they know deep down this really isn't right. But they don't want to admit it because then they would have to admit they are doing something wrong. Both sides of this are kind of trapped. We definitely need to do some soul searching as a society.
