Thai Coconut Curry Recipe:
- lingcod fillets
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 2-3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 2 tablespoons red curry paste (adjust to taste)
- 1 can (13.5 oz) coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced

Bro why do you keep doing solo runs. Hit me up sometime. I live in the P.V area. I could show you some local areas with some monster lings, there is no need to drive 4 hours away. I would of threw back that 22 inchers, but I get it, you did not want to chance not getting one.

I’m not sure if there is Cabazon in Southern California but there are some in Morro Bay and north. If you are lucky enough to catch one you will have a delicious meal
