I want to sort my data into dates, wherein if I select a specific day of a month, the data appears. How is that?

Hi Paul,
Could you please provide more details of the issue. Tableau public link to your dashboard will be helpful to investigate the issue.
Only think i can think of is that there are multiple filters in the dashboard and when you select a particular date, there is no data for other filter selection and clears out the data in the dashboard. Please check that and let me know in case of any issue.

I want to sort my dates which are in parameter , and I have given show parameter control since parameter cannot be dragged in filter section how can I sort my dates to newest ?

Dates in the parameter are based on the field values or if you have manually entered the values. If you have a date field and you right click on it to create a parameter then it will automatically sort it in ascending order. Hope that helps.
