The Sig Sauer P320 is one of the best semi-auto pistols in the world. And striker-fired, no external hammer. Many of us prefer full-size pistols, but you got what's right for you.
I love the SIG options. I have an P226 SAO legion and elite, P365, and the X-Carry. Plan on adding the X-Full and swapping the frame for the larger frame for duty use. Excellent work.
I am the proud owner a Sig Sauer P220 in .45 ACP with the CT brand LG-320. I truly believe that Sig Sauer is a superb firearms manufacturer and between my P220 and my HK USP .40 S&W it's a toss up as to which I like better. I also have a Beretta 92 and love it. But when you say that a larger caliber means less capacity and the ammo is more expensive. I want to say a couple of things on this. True the capacity is less usually. That is the decision made by the manufacturer and should be addressed at that level to make larger magazines. Also according to experts like Paul Harrell most times you in a defensive situation you don't fire more than six rounds. In my case for my P220 I have Two 8 round magazines and five 10 round magazines so that is a none issue for me. Next is the price of ammunition. I am in no way an expert on firearms but I do listen to certified professionals online and locally that have two philosophies. If you are a highly trained shooter that can when awards and properly place every bullet in a defensive situation then buy a 9mm Luger. The other idea is shoot the largest caliber you can control. In a life or death situation are you going be steady handed and take perfectly timed shots? Probably not. How many people actually get proper training by a certified instructor and not a friend of a friend that has guns? See my point? I use 9mm for range time mostly to play around. When I go to the range to practice with my P220 it's a pleasure and there is nothing like sending 230 grain bullets down range. Like a Mustang GT vs. the Cobra model it's a different feeling. I have carried the big P220 concealed for a pretty go while now and I do so because the difference in the price of a bullet is not close to what a life, MY life it worth. I again say I am not an expert on this topic and these comments are based on what I see and hear. I am not here to argue with anyone these are just my opinion. Peace to All!

First time buyers/owners should buy a .22 LR pistol. The ammo is dirt cheap, you can shoot all day for less than $10. Shoot for a year at targets before you buy another gun.
I have a Gen 4 Glock 19 and a Sig P320 compact. While they are both good dependable firearms the P 320 has the edge with better ergonomics and the modular system.
I did, but my Sig P238 has sharp edges and is heavy. I can't put it in my pocket without a holster. So I went back and bought a Glock 42. Light and doesn't need a holster. I love both guns.
I’d like to see Sig make a multi cal bolt action sniper rifle for the US army. It has to be light no more then 20 pounds fully loaded, compact, durable, have a smooth cycle, must take these calibers: 6.5 Creedmoor, 300 Norma Magnum,338 Norma Magnum. Must come with extra barrels for the 3 calibers. And must be suppressor ready.

I love the old Cherrywood handles for esthetics, but I'm more interested in function for a Conceal Carry/Self Defense in the authoritarian state of MA. I also travel via vehicle (across many states) frequently.
I love Sig pistols and there products! However I would like to see a little more classic normal firearms instead of so many flashy barbeque guns. A lot of people like just normal classic with no frills! NO RAILS NO LIGHTS NO LASERS AND NO MORE FRONT SLIDE SERRATIONS! Theres a special time and place for those kinds of options but not for every single pistol. Sometimes a guy just wants a classic quality no frills Sig that just shoots bullets no more no less.
Because 1. ‘do it all’ is not the same for everyone. 2. Jack of all trades, master of none applies to ‘do it all’, i.e. “yes, my handgun can do everything, but is not the best at anything’.

Just received my P320 F 40 cal with rmr work done by ATEI guns with a Trijicon type 2. Awesome! Love P320's, my third one.

Own P320-M17 pistol. So far I had no jams or stove-pipe. Very easy pistol to use. Disassembly and assemble is a breeze and so is cleaning the pistol.
I love all my P320’s but, if you’re talking concealed carry, it’s my P365XL all the way.

Sigs are great shooters I've had a p229 and a p226 it sucks that .357 is not more readily available like .40 and 9mm
