- The Kings & Queens of Corbet’s pushes the boundaries of what’s possible on snow. Trevor Kennison expanded those boundaries even further by being the first person to send the nose of Corbet’s Couloir on a sit-ski. His run instantly took the action sports world by storm and launched his career as an athlete and advocate for adaptive sports. Watch as Trevor opens up about his life-altering injury and his journey to the Kings & Queens of Corbet’s with Travis Rice and friends.
I mean I've skied my whole life, 32 years, with some incredible people on every continent. That is by far the most impressive thing I've ever seen. I take my hat off, that was incredibly emotional, anything is possible man. Well done

I have dropped Corbet’s and this video doesn’t do justice to the sheer terror that comes from even being at the top looking down.

Was it as difficult as it was terrifying?
Definitely more terrifying looking than actually difficult, when you come up to it the drop looks like 70-90’ if you’re standing 5’ back from the edge because it’s somewhat steep sustained pitch after the landing. Absolutely worth a try though!
Trevor is such an inspiration. Its so great to see this. Ill be there next year. I just got my sitski in and im hitting the mountain sunday.

I have been skiing and (eventually) racing since I was three years old. (I’m a few years shy of being twice Trevor’s age.) I’ve skied Corbet’s a handful of times. All I have to say is “Trevor, you are both completely insane and an absolute monster of a rider!” That drop in was absolutely epic!! From now on you are: Captain Trevor Kennison - Sit Ski Pilot! (And you’ve got the mountain patch to prove it!) Absolute respect dude! Keep doing what you do!

I’m sitting here at home up in the White Mountains of NH, opposite Attitash, being all whiny cause my knee’s jacked up; I check this video out and here you are going full Godzilla at Corberts. OMG...that’s the ballsiest thing I have seen in a long time. I am going to stop whining about my knee and suck it up and watch this vid again. What an inspiration to so many people. You were not injured. You were given the perfect chance to prove to us that nothing is impossible, and you did it!
Best video on TH-cam. As a teacher, I can show students that Trevor’s response to his injury is the epitome of what it means to have a growth mindset. As a skier, it means I get to watch him (and other heroes) send it into Corbet’s on repeat all day.

I taught disabled sports in Tahoe. I've ridden those sit skis before, they are incredibly difficult, especially in deep snow, and the falls are taxing as hell. So much respect for this guy.

I’ve been snowboarding and surfing for most of my life now that I’m in my 40s. That was by far the most insane thing I’ve ever seen. Goose bumps followed by “Holy Sheeeet”. Props to Travis Rice and everyone there for making this young man’s day/year/decade.
