Seriously, Soup Lady, how do you know what soup to make with all the options available?
Here's how I go about deciding what soup to make:
1. Start with the consumer in mind. Who are they? What are they open to? Demographics count towards having an amazing soup experience!
2. Anything to immediately address? Are they coughing? Are they jet lagging? Other than tasting good, how is the soup going to benefit them?
3. Dietary considerations. Vegetarian? What types of meats? Preferences?
4. External considerations. Weather? Humidity?
