Book states in two or three person game that the double route can only be taken once yet this video says in 3 player game that double are allowed to be used.
I need further explanation on the train stations as far as the part where it says, if a player uses the same station to help connect cities on several different tickets, he must use the same route into the city with the station for all of those tickets. Could you explain that please
Nowhere in the rules does it state that you flip new cards from the deck to face up, if someone takes one of the cards that are face up. Some may say that this is obvious, but it was super confusing the first time playing it, when you're trying to figure it out from the rules alone. Even this video, it kinda skipped over that part, but at least it was shown visually in the video.
What do you mean by most European countries? Of which time and with which borders? Maybe the reason to have Greece in the Ottoman Empire in 1901 and Austria-Hungary into many parts,as well as a united Iberia, that your with borders count determining that??
Tunnel question: Then no additional cards are needed Locomotives: if you play only them on a tunnel then if a locomotive is drawn in the three do you need to play another locomotive card to claim the route. (One for every locomotive drawn) I’m not even sure I’m explaining that well 🤷🏻♀️😂
what I don't like about this edition is city names. they used names from medieval times. there were no trains that time and no freedom of movement for the public
Nice guide, thank you. Would have been better if you could say "route" correctly as you appear to have an English accent rather than an American one 😉 English say "root", Americans say "rowt" Just being picky 🤣🤣🤣
How do understand why everybody has to be so ugly. You're taking your time to explain a game and that's what it is a game, get over pronunciation and stuff.
That depends on where in America you are. On the east coast it's pronounced "root." Also, see American Bobby Troup's song: "(Get Your Kicks on) Route 66". And, really, is it that big of a deal? It's pronounced both ways these days.

Is the book the correct one?
Good catch

Same here
I have a question for Rowty McRowtface. What’s that thing that trees have in the ground? I need to hear you say it 😂
So funny, my thoughts entirely!
Hands down the best how to play board game ever, thank you, sir
How many cards should you have while playing the game? If you only have 2 cards can you draw more?
Is it available in mobile devices?

My rules explain this. Don't know why yours doesn't.
@@RabbitWhiteThe Maybe it's a translation issue. I just found it odd, that it wasn't in this video either.
What do the stations do? I have Ticket to Ride, but I don't have the Europe version.
do i have to keep my long route in the start of the game, or i can choose not to keep my long route
Also, it wasn't mentioned that if you pick up a wild card from the deck, you can you pick up a second card that is NOT a wild card in the 5-card River
You can draw the second card

Also can there be no arguments about disputed territories(and borders)? This is supposed to measure travel experience, not cause arguments.
Can you pick one face up card and one face down card or do you have to be the same?
Can be either. But can only be one card if it's a locomotive
When somebody build station. Can other players use that station building own route via that station?
there are 3 station for each color/player so if you place a station no els can use it,
players can only use their own station
@@ClydeJetcrisPaul Sorry, but that is not correct and i check rules. There is also disqustion in Board Game Geek server.
My opponent put his station at Essen to go to Amsterdam. Can I put a station at Essen to go to Kobenhaven?
Very direct and to the point. Thank you.
Did not understand a single thing.
How?
Dumb
Perhaps… Go fish then?
It is a bit tricky, at first. I didn't get it either but I'm watching this video (over and over) to fully understand the game.
My girlfriend Victoria understood the rules very well. She is a genius with a massive IQ according to Mensa 👍
That's an excellent guide, thank you!
Also you didn't state what happens if no card matches the cards for a tunnel, nor did you mention only playing locomotives.

Is this game in English ?
Very good guide, thank you!
Uh how come you guys don't have the explanation of rails and sails or any of the expantionsets?
Because this is a different game?
@@henkdevries7573 i'm not just talking about rails and sails but also expantions for the original...
"The player which visited the most European countries start first"
What if none of us ever visited Europe?
No one starts and you’re at an impasse
Fix that and play upon your return:))
Dang people really be flaming you for your pronunciation of route
Don't want to be offensive, just asking questions.
Box states it can be learned in 5 minutes 😂😂😂
The explanation is less than 5 minutes...
This game just ruined our Christmas day.
It is incredibly distracting to hear a British individual (presumably) pronouncing "route" incorrectly.
I had to stop watching it. sending back the game to Amazon for a refund.
And annoying. And unnecessary.
Depends
I am from the United States and pronounce it that way.
What's the problem? People can't pronounce words the way they would like to?
Why are the player's pronouns only for males (his)? I suggest using 'their' or 'them' for more neutral and inclusive descriptions.
Hahahahahha
Shut up
shut up bro
😂
Hahahahahahahaha get outta here!! Stop with this woke madness LOL
You're funny MAM
I'm too dumb for this game
Bro thinks he’s in part 7 💀
Who als is high right now ?
what I don't like about this edition is city names. they used names from medieval times. there were no trains that time and no freedom of movement for the public
They tried to use the local names of the time ,as well as the borders(tried the second).
🤓🤓🤓
utterly baffling description (crying face emoji)
I cringe at the pronunciation of routes.
Root not rowte. This hurts my ears
You can Google it rowte is also correct
Route is pronounced root. You are English not North American.
Nice guide, thank you. Would have been better if you could say "route" correctly as you appear to have an English accent rather than an American one 😉
English say "root", Americans say "rowt"
Just being picky 🤣🤣🤣
Yeah, that's driving me nuts throughout the entire video.
He realizes where he would be if it wasn’t for Americans…he’s one of us now
