This Is What Xanthan Gum Does To Blended Cocktails

Frozen Passion Fruit Daiquiri
1.75 oz 2:1 sugar syrup
2.5 oz white rum (Plantation 3 Stars)
1.5 oz passion fruit liqueur (Chinola)
1.25 oz lime juice
8 x 1 oz very cold ice cubes
1/8 tsp xanthan gum
