- Let's stitch seeds of love. In today's video we learn how to stitch embroidered grasses and grains. This is Week 3 of our September Stitch Along.
In September we are taking inspiration from the golden fields at harvest time. It's a time to be thankful, take stock of our accomplishments and think about the seeds we want to sow for our future harvests. This week, as autumn sets in, let's think about the seeds that sow good things for the future.

Join me at 2.30pm GMT every Sunday for a restful time of slow stitch, embroidery and textile art. Each month we are going to create a complete piece of art that we will create bit by bit each week.
Feel free to follow my design, use my piece as inspiration, or you could use the same techniques as me to create something totally original.
I hope to try lots of new things this year as I create my 2024 stitched journal. I hope you will come along for the ride!

Absolutely. I'm glad you are enjoying this panel. I'm enjoying stitching with yellows. It's making me feel mellow. 😊
I didn't know the name of any of the grasses, but had seen most in dried arrangement and growing in fields. The panel is really coming together in an amazing way! Very beautiful.
Thanks so much. I love learning about plants. I can't promise I'll remember the names this time next year, but the app helps. So glad you are enjoying the panel. 🌻🌾💛

Salut. Merci pour votre commentaire.
