But the brown cheese and the bygdetun was all just a nice coincidence that I happened to stumble upon.
@@norwaywithpal Hahaha, i do the same... run and gun like a maniac and hope to have all i need in post. But sorting out the material can be a pain sometimes 🤣 I'm really fond of Rondane and Dovre. Try to take a trip up there every year. Have to run by the brown cheese place next time. Looked really good. Keep up the great work, and can't wait for the next episode

Well done Pål. While I enjoyed your sailing videos, I can identify better with your car trips. I can easily see myself taking a trip like this to explore areas of Norway I haven't seen before. I see you added a drone to your camera gear! Nice footage!
Thanks Terry! It's such a nice way to travel around. If I did not own a sailboat I think I would get a Camper Van. It's a very similar experience in many ways. Feeling of being free, cramped space etc :) I borrowed that drone from a friend. But thinking about buying one! Probably over Christmas so I can get some winter shots up in the forest.
I must try this cheese. I will look for it in some Cheese stores here in Montreal that have cheeses from all over the world. How do the farmers round up the sheep from these areas, Must be very difficult to gather them together. I appreciated the old buildings in Foldal Bygdetun. Such historic buildings.
Today I learned how brown cheese gets its color. Up until now, I thought it was just blended with something to give it color. But it is caramelized like sugar!
