I would like Christmas a lot more if there was no expectations of exchanging gifts. I really dislike everything to do with that and find the whole performance painfully uncomfortable. I’m going to campaign to my family for a gift free Xmas next year! If they insist on buying, then it will have to be gifts only for the pets! I love giving presents to other peoples pets 💕😂🤣
Merry Christmas! I think the maxim for Christmas - whether someone is autistic or not - is just let someone observe it or not observe it in their own way. Don't pressure anyone to socialise, put up decorations, eat Christmas food, buy gifts etc, if they don't want to. Most of all don't negatively judge anyone who observes it in a different way - live and let live. Forcing people to get involved is counter-productive anyway - I'm sure we've all been to Christmas (and other) events where we can see some people are miserable because they'd rather not be there. These events are more fun if the people who are taking part really want to do so.
That tree is Gorgeous! I didn't realize ya'll all uk still eat that dickensonian desserts, dear, get yourself some cello's chocalate cherries. this video was pure christmas fun!
Thank you for speaking on all this. its a DAMN struggle indeed to know how to react to 1. any exchange of any kind really and 2. being given a gift. I'm with you on the enjoyment of interesting lighting and "activities" like going out for cocoa etc. over actual objects or gifts. I'm taking this video as a reminder that I need to try the mulled wine recipe I found in a video. lol. Cheers and thank you for sharing!
I only made mulled wine once during the Christmas period, a major down step for me 😂 I hope you tried the recipe and it was amazing, but if you haven’t tried it yet this is another reminder!
Merry Christmas~ Our Christmas got interrupted by the virus this year. But we had planned a simpler Eve and Day than usual this year, now we are really having a simple one. LOL
