This is what I call a step-by-step instructions thank you! Can you please tell me specifically where I can get the napkin and you used for this to demonstration?
Aggie’s Craft order number 4243. Confirmation said it’s on its way from Aggie’s Craft shop? Pay Pal. $16.57 in English denomination. Could you help me look? Thx😊 How can I take a picture of the invoice for you? It was $22.74 for me.
Stunning work as usual Aggie! Was wondering if someone tried to make it functioninal.. with lots of varnish covered do you think could be functional? Washable? 🌻❤
@@AggiesCraft thanks you're right not worth taking the chance especially when I have about 8 cutting boards in my Kitchen lol 😅 I wish we could craft together Aggie "attention to details is my middle name " 😉
a friendly piece of advise : try next time to use english subtitles for your pronunciation is not clear at times .Other than that everything is clear and fantastic.Congra !!
+Donna Brown I sell napkins as well as rice papers and other mediums for decoupage via facebook page at the moment while my web shop is being designed. Please have a look at Aggies Craft Shop:)
Great video! How do you sand the acrylic varnish layers at the end of the tutorial? Do you sand the whole thing with the same fine sand paper you used earlier? Thanks!
In this project I didn't have to sand my varnish because I applied only two coats. I glued whole napkin on my board so there was no height difference and I didn't need to apply as many layers of varnish:):)
@@AggiesCraft Oh, Ok. At minute 6:40 you said you were going to add several coats of varnish and sand down in between. Is thar only done if the coats are uneven?
Oh dear I thought you are commenting on Christmas chopping board. Sorry my mistake. Yes you need to apply couple of coats of varnish then use fine sand paper to sand it and repeat the steps until everything is even. I apologise for my mistake:)
+anje33 that means it wasn't glued properly. Try applying thicker layer of glue, dry it and then iron it for longer. It is best to set iron on lower heat and iron it for longer.
I have tried the iron way it’s perfect at first but after time and after the mod podge dry the wrinkles and bubbles start to show up, has it happened with anyone else ?
Bendiciones.
i never thought that board can look so good, i just still like it more without a lace. great job!

it looks great, Aggies, but when I tried to work in this technique my napkin got wrinkles during applying acrylic varnish :{

Yes you can wash it by hand but this is for decoration only not for use with food.
Nice I would pay $20

I painted back with acrylics and varnished it:)
