when I tighten the drain plug on my 2013 Elantra to 33 ft lbs. there is a small leak. I got the washer from dealer. your thoughts?
Is the small leak continuous flowing? It could be just left over oil from drain plug? Or maybe go like 40 ft lbs then re check. Thanks for watching.
@@WrenchingRyan I tighten it twice. leaks when hot and no leak when cold overnight. Will give it a bit more turn if leaks again.

@@WrenchingRyan yes it’s the original from new. I’m the original owner of the car the washer was from dealer when i bought the oil filter.
