Never has there been a time when the world has needed him more. I love my Lord, my God, and my redeemer. From personal experience I know that he loves me and there is no addiction, no trial, no worry, no fear, no sorrow, no hatred that he cannot deliver us from. Just as the song says, “I know that my redeemer lives”, I know that he loves me, I know that he saved me, and I love him and will serve him here, now, and for the rest of eternity. But the one I think of the most for people with any kind of 'mental illness' is; “And ye now therefore have sorrow: but I will see you again, and your heart shall rejoice, and your joy no man taketh from you.” JOHN 16:22 No one (no....one) can take your joy away from you. I appreciate the effort of the Church to embrace both traditional and modern artwork depicting Christ and His mission. This feels so right. It feels sensitive to the feelings and impressions of people everywhere as we all picture the Savior's work in very personal ways. It makes sense that the artwork would be as diverse as we are.
I find comfort, strength, peace, hope, love, joy and courage through Jesus Christ. I know he is the way, truth and light. I will forever trust in him. He is my Saviour in all things. I give thanks for the great love that he has for me...for all of us ❤

@Paul Rossi While it is true we are to pray to our Heavenly Father and do it in the name of Jesus Christ, Mary was the chosen physical tabernacle/vessel that was needed to bring our Savior here for us. Keep in mind it was one of the last things He did was to make sure she would be taken care of. Mary may not have had anything to do with His mortal ministry/mission, she herself suffered as no mother should have to the way she did. She and Emma Smith were/and are two of the strongest women who have ever lived. Besides, it certainly doesn't hurt to have as many as we can pray for us. Abba means father, and it was a term used by Christ in a prayer during some of the pains he felt suffering for us in Gethsemane ❤️ It's believed that it is a more personal term of endearment, such as Dad/Daddy today 😊

in the name of Jesus Christ, Mary was the chosen physical tabernacle/vessel that was needed to bring our Savior here for us. Keep in mind it was one of the last things He did was to make sure she would be taken care of. Mary may not have had anything to do with His mortal ministry/mission, she herself suffered as no mother should have to the way she did. She and Emma Smith were/and are two of the strongest women who have ever lived. Besides, it certainly doesn't hurt to have as many as we can pray for us. Which I am 100% sure is being done by all of ancestors...
