Forms with Likert Scale Questions | Google Forms

In this video, we show how to create Likert scale questions using Google Forms. We present two different approaches to accomplish this task and examine how the collected data is stored in Google Spreadsheets, how the form is set up and finally how it is submitted. Join us!
Linear or Likert scale questions are used to obtain quantitative and qualitative information about the social or psychological phenomena you want to investigate. Likert questions allow us to know the position or tendency of respondents with respect to a variable or dimension of interest, as well as the variability or dispersion of responses.
