Johannesburg is really big if you know it, am someone who likes to take a drive on weekends to see new places see houses etc and you can see new interesting places of joburg for a very long time, am sure you've noticed there's so many shopping centers and malls everywhere including in the townships, SA is a mall culture, and about renting just do window shopping you will find many at low prices , SA has tones of rental properties and for sale properties at a very low prices if you are coming from the west, and its not a hustle to find properties and the process is the easiest one you can find
