  • Gawin itong sikreto na ito para mawala ang pait ng ampalaya. Panigurado na mapapakain ng madami ang mga kids sa recipe na ito! Healthy na, matipid pa!
    Ginisang ampalaya
    Ingredients:
    2 pcs ampalaya
    Warm water
    Salt
    Pepper
    6 cloves garlic
    1 medium size onion
    2 tomatoes
    3-4 eggs
    Cooking oil

      Hindi mo po kasi malalaman ang content kung maganda ba or hindi and they are just expressing their point of view to the video and just like you hindi mo malalaman ang negative comments kung hindi mo clinick ang video. At saka siguro may negative ang video na to kasi normal process ang ginawa nya. The process of putting salt into a warm water is hindi parin makakatanggal ng pait. Thats my point of view kasi nagawa ko na yan ng paulit ulit.

      Negative comment ba kamo...no problema edisabled mo comment section mo..need mong tangapan ang comment ng mga viewers mo ki nega man yan or positive.mga point of view naman kasi nila yon.

      Mali yang advice na tatanggalin yung pait Diba nyo alam mga ka youtube ang ampalaya ay gamot sa maraming sakit especially sa diabetes at ibapa F ttanggalin yung pait hindi nasiya masasabing nutrition at nabawasan nayung maddkukuhang gamot pait ng ampalaya ang gamot Kaya umayos ka blogger di magandang advice mo

    Para sa kaalaman ng lahat, ang pagpait ng ampalaya at dahil sa tinatawag na "chemical change" katulad po ito sa mansanas na pag hiniwa mo at pinabayaan ay nag iiba ang kulay (kulay brown) Tips paano hindi pumait ang ampalaya, pagkahiwa po ay iderecho sa tubig upang paiwasan maexpose sa hangin na syang dahilan ng chemical change at hindi pumait, hindi mo na kailangan lamasin pa sa asin! iderecho mo lang sa tubig! 100% walang kapait pait! 👌👌👌 ganyan po kmi pag may dishes kami na ampalaya! napaka simple lang po!

      Tested qpo ito,nagluluto kasi aq ng ulam paninda,ang bnbili q ampalaya is light green, wag po kau kkuha ng green na green color nya at sgrado npakapait nyan.ligjt green po kunin nyo at pag nagluluto po aq hindi q sya hnahalo ng hinahalo ,para d rin po malansa yung aftr taste ng egg,unahin po ito ilagay sa kawali bago ang ampalaya

    Ako po never ko binabad ang ampalaya, after ko mahiwa budburan ko lang ng asin, after maluto lahat kelangan templado na , lagay ko ampalaya wag haluin takpan kawali sa low heat for 10mins. then ilagay na itlog haluin konti then 2-3mins luto na egg, since ginawa ko n yan, never na mapait luto kong ampalaya, try nyo po, thanks n God bless!!

    Kumakain ako ng ampalaya. Mapait man o hindi pero hindi ko naman kailangan mambash. Kung yan ang way nya magluto bakit kailangan ninyong magalet? These uncultured people. Kung ayaw nyo sa content nya edi wag nyo panoorin.
    Kapag inggit, pikit.
    Keep it up sa youtube channel na 'to. Luto lang ng luto. Importante may iba ibang ways kaming nakikita pano magluto. Disregard mo yung mga boomers 😉

    Gud pm po ,since libre naman po mag comment I wl share something to everyone,Ang Ampalaya po is Isa s masustansya g gulay natin and it known to be a bitter veges,design po tlga syA dyan..instead po of doing that,simple prepare nlang po kau ng onion,garlic at kmatis po
    ..simpleng luto lang n gisa add egg...no need po GANYAN o pigs kc mwla po Ang sustansya nyan..anyway,un nga challenged nyan so far di nmin nalasahan Ang pair..impression lang po yan though there are natives n mapait syA..but still it's super nice if u try it crisp..honestly..really nice and healthy!🙏🤩

    Girl sayang naman un mga nawalang nutrients ng ampalaya dahil binabad mo sa tubig. I used to cooked ampalaya din pero di rin mapait. Hugasan muna un ampalaya bago hiwain para maiwasan mawala un mga nutrients. Pag nakapag gisa ka na ng mga rekado, saka mo ilagay un mga hiniwang maninipis na ampalaya. Wag lagyan ng tubig, takpan muna habang niluluto. Wag hahaluin ang ampalaya habang hilaw pa. Pag luto na ang ampalaya saka pa lamang pwdeng haluin ito. Try mo, di yan mapait. Promise

      Depende sa dami ng ampalayang niluluto mo. Around 7 mins pag ako nagluluto. Makikita mo naman kung luto na un ampalaya before mo haluin para di pumait. Nalaman ko itong secreto ng pagluluto ng ampalaya sa lola ng bayaw ko na kapangpangan.

    Ang pait nang ampalaya ay mabuti sa health kaya hindi dapat tanggalin.
    Nakakatulong din ito sa pagtanggap nang kapaitan sa buhay, kapag sanay kana sa pait, hindi ka na magiging bitter sa buhay kapag laki mo.

    Yung saamin sa probinsya.. nilalagyan sya ng asin tas pipigain .para mawala ang pait. Kaso nagiging kunti din sustansya nya pag nagiging kunti ang pait ng ampalaya

    Pero masarap kainin yan kapag tama lang ang pait.kc ang ampalaya may antibiotic yan.ganyan din gawa ko kapag yung maliliit na amplaya lang kc super pait pero yan ganyan malalaki hindi gaano mapait yan.wish makagala ka rin sa bahay ko kapatid.salamat.

    Magpakulo ka ng tubig .lagyan ng kaunting baking soda. I blanch mo lang sa pinakulo tapos banlawan ng malamig na tubig.Igisa da sardinas at dalawang itlog. Wala ng pait. Ang itlog ang nagtatanggal ng pait.

      Try nyu wag sabawan ang ampalaya n may itlog super sarap ..hindi malapsa malutog xa kasi walang tubig..kahit kontig mantika lang ngpoproduce xa ng nayural na katas nya once magisa mo na..init kontinng mantika bawang sibuyas pang gisa then lagay nyu na ampalaya takpan mga 2 to 3 minutes..lagay ng konting asin at vitsen konti then pisaan nyu na ng itlog halo nu ng mabilisan...mas ok na half cook pa ang ampalaya ilagay nyu na ang itlog kc mainit pa yun serve agd while malutong pa xa ...hndi ako nglalagay ng tubig sa ginisang ampalaya na may itlog..maliban nlang kung karne konting tubig need pampalambot ng karne..pero pinatutuyo ko muna bago ilagay ang ampalaya..ayaw ko ng malambot na un ampalaya.pag.kinain..

    Hugasan nyo muna ampalaya patuyuin bago hiwain wag tong ibabad sa tubig or sa asin pra di mawala ang sustansya nito..yan ang lagi kong ginagawa everytme na nagluluto ako..wla lng share ko lng.di yan nega comment ha.😅😄

    Meron kasing gusto kumain ng ampalaya pero ayaw ng sobrang pait, kaya okay lang din naman pero mas maganda at much healthier syempre kung kakainin ang ampalaya ng wala ng ginagawang iba pa para lang matanggal ang pait.

    Para sa iba na sinasabing hindi dapat tanggalin ang pait ng ampalaya, for your info lang po... may mga tao na sensitive ang dila sa pait (scientific studies) meron na katamtaman at meron din na hindi alintana ang pait, un po ung mga tao na hind ma-enjoy mga gulay nang husto katulad ko, ang mapait sa akin hindi mapait sa iba.. kahit beer hindi ko kayang inumin.
    Also, sure ba kayo na totoo pa rin hanggang ngayon na nawa-wash away ng tubig ang nutrients? Or sabi-sabi lang pa rin? Kung nawa-wash away for sure hindi lahat meron at meron pa rin tira. Mas okay kaysa sa tuluyan hindi kumain ng gulay hindi ba?

    vegetarian ako.nawala nga yong pait pero binawasan mo nman ng malaking percent ang nutrients nyan sa pagbabad.in addition the right way to preserve the vege nutrients is to wash before cutting.nag gulay ka pa kung. wala k na halos nutrients na nakuha.taste and laman tiyan lng ba?

    Just rather use pipino if you do not like the taste of ampalaya in your salad. We should be sensitized in the taste of ampalaya because there is a natural purpose and function of it in our body. 😊

    Pag ako nag luto ampalaya talagang walang pait Hindi ko iyan binababad Lang sa Asin at tubig kundi Yung mismong Asin ilalagay ko sa ampalaya atsaka ko dun pipigain Ang ampalaya na me Asin Yun Ganun walang pait pero Wala na siguro sustansya nun Kasi Wala na Yung katas Ng ampalaya hahahahaha😅😅😅

    Alam nyo ba Kong bakit pumapait Ang ampalaya . Tips #1 wag nyong ibabad sa tubig after nyo ma hiwa. Hugasan lang nga ma damilan dahil Ang ampalaya pag binabad sa tubig Doon na hummahalo Ang pait tip#2 wag lagyan Ng tubig pag niluto may sariling tubig o katas Ang ampalaya Doon lang sapat na para m luto tip#3 wag takpan habang kumukulo. Para ma iwasan Ang pag pait nito 😅

    hugasan ang ampalaya ng hindi pa nahihiwa , pag nahiwa na at na slice wag na hugasan ulit , karamihan kac hinugasan ulit pinipigaan ng asin . Pero mas ok hindi na hugasan pagkatapos hiwain . Saka mo lutoin ahos bombay tomato . Wag masyado lutoin. Try neo 🙂 just share mas ok kc andun padin sustanya kc dimo na pinigaan ng asin.
