    You should saute the ampalaya not the egg, then you put the bitten egg last because it cooks quickly with the remaining heat. By doing what you did the egg is already overcooked and becomes chewy when it should be fluffy and soft. That's why you call it 'ginisang ampalaya' , hindi ginisang itlog.

    Pag ako po magluto nang ampalaya kobting asin lang po tapos banlian ko nang hotwater,hindi ko na po pinipigaan sayang po ang mga sustansya nang ampalaya...tamang diskarte lang po yan sa pagluluto...tutal pi lalagyan din po nang itlog,at mga sinankutsang spices....tama lang po sa timpla ang kailanga....pwede na nga suka lang kanatis sibuyas,at honey syrup ulam na.salamat po....salad po abg tawag ko dun.....salamat po muli.

    bakit kaya? anim na dekada na kaming nagluto ng ampalaya na hindi mapait . Oo, hinugasan namin ang ampalaya bago hiwain, hindi na babasain ng tubig pagkatapos mahiwa. Sa paggisa, kailangan lang na tama din ang oil na ilagay sa pan, 2-3 spoonful ng oil. I prepare yong itlog, ibatil dalawang itlog, lagyan ng tamang templa. pagkatapos magisa yong ahos, atsal, bombay...igisa na ang ampalaya...at kung makitang malapit ng maluto , pag mag-change na ang kulay ng ampalaya... saka pa ibuhos binatil na itlog hanggang maluto/ medyo dry na ang itlog. kaagad ilagay sa platter/ plato para i - serve. huwag pabayaang iwan sa pinaglutuan...hindi namin ramdam na mapait, sarap niyang kainin kaagad...sana ma testingan ninyo kung pait pa rin ba para sa inyo...

    Yong nga Lola natin ang gumagawa nyan noon.
    Basta po alisin ang maputjng balok at buto nito. … mawawala ang pait..

    Ang ginagawa ko po pagkatapos ma slice Ang ampalya, nilalagyan ko Ng asin then gisahin sa bawang, sibuyas at kamatis then takipan. Low fire lng. Pag medyo malambot na Saka haluin. Walang pait Po.

    The best way po pagtanggal ng pait pagkatapos hiwain ilagay sa isang planggana or kahit anong pwede ilagay ung hiniwa natin ampalaya lagyan po ng tubig hanggang malubog lahat than lagyan ng ice cube 10 to 15 minutes

      hindi talaga mapait at masustansiya dahil hindi pinipigaan ng katas. hindi kami na niniwala na mapait ang ampalaya . kailangan lang hugasan muna bago hiwain. proven namin ito for 6 decades

    Ung nag order ka sa fastfood, tapos sasabihin Ng kahira na "15 mins" tapos nag antay ka hangang 1 hour bago na iserve order mo un ung mas mapait

    Ang ginagawa ko binababad sa tubig na may asin. Kpg iluluto kna inaalis ko lang ung tubig kasi mas gusto ng apo ko na may sauce konte. Nabawasan na ang pait kya na ng mga bata.

    Naku...kuya ...wala ng pait pero di na sya crunchy...eh masarap sa gulay eh half cook lang...siguro pede naman lamasin na lang sa asin at hugasan para mawala na yun.pait...karamihan sa pinoy ay gusto yun medyo malutong. Paano yun nutrients ng ampalaya kung nawala lahat yun pait?

    Para hindi pumait ang ampalaya ,pag nagisa mo na ang garlic nd onions ilagay ang ampalaya ayosin sa frying pan piro wag haloin para balance ang pagsingaw ng init sa ampalaya takpan about 5-10 mns.boksan saka mo haluin hindi yan ppait,pomapait lang ang bitter gourd kung half done lang sya tapos huloin mo

    Damihan ang camatis at wag hahaluin ang ampalaya pag niluluto, walang pait. Or bumili ng ampalaya na light green at malalaki , sarap yan , d mapait. Last ko nilalagay ang eggs kc dali lng maluto un khit wala ng sindi ang stove
