Why is nudity offensive for instance , Why are certain words bad, Why some sex 'dirty' and other types not . homosexuality wrong but heterosexuality right. It's all religious Dogma created hundreds of years and more ago to control a society and install a belief system that people should feel guilty about what gives them pleasure and absolved of guilt for following a set of rules in your behavior. The Church is effect put a price ,so to speak on virginity. Why preach so much value religiously into it, it's something we all go through, it's such a simple natural thing , we , as a species will do this instinctually . So .why are you going to go and make rules that publically and spiritually going to punish people with guilt and shame and all that deep shit .. Sorry, . Virginity should have course mean something personally. i think the first time of doing anything significant should be marked as important to an individual. It is a physical state , that once crossed can never be achieved authentically ever again and it's in my opinion a type of right of passage from childhood into adulthood. Even the most basic of animals has it's first time and it is something as universal as breathing.
so yeah I think it's important and worth putting a bit of effort into, although there's something to be said about just getting it done and evolve past the obsession and anxiety, the societal state of virginity can create It shouldn't have anybody else rules or ethics or ideas attached to it. it's yours and whatever you want do with it , whatever that means to you,
or not and whoever, wherever , is exactly as right as you feel about it . Society has no real business even having a say in it and really the Church can eat a dick .
I lost mine
under an apple tree by moonlight , drunk on alcopops with my best mate's big sister. It was definitely more , her idea. I was not very experienced with being drunk , she was grabbing at me and pushing my face into things, I panicked and bit her on the ear really hard , there were rabbits everywhere in the dark of the orchard, watching.
At one point a farmer walked past the mouth of the orchard with a shotgun in his hand looking straight at us , naked under his tree . He didn't seem to care though, just walked on by, probably laughing . Then she was sick and then I had 'issues' with my performance , pretty much down to the farmers with shotgun thing and. well, all the sick.
I was pretty glad when it was over and I could go and do something else :) :)
@Klaudia Karati I've said in both my comments I believe Virginity is a physical state , one that cannot be achieved again once it is gone. All reproductive creatures including us go through it. I think what's being discussed and meant by it being a concept . is what it means to different people , what society tells us we should do with it , when you or should not till etc etc. There are loads of concepts about what it means and how it should be treated . I don't agree with a lot of them . I think it's pretty simple , very personal and is entirely upto the individual what they feel is right. Society , Religion and other people should have no part in it, all the various opinions , morals and Dogma only complicate and confuse things .
