Walking with God:
-Receiving Jesus as Lord and saviour
-Listening to Him
-Trusting Him
-Obeying Him
-Walking in the same direction
-Staying in step with Him not ahead or behind Him - the Bible is our compass
-Love Him
-Forsake sin (clean heart) - pursue a life of holiness
I messed up again, I just quit heroin and stayed sick for 2 straight weeks. I have a pain medication I had been substituting, I went and picked up my script and did a few pills and felt better. It’s been 3 weeks now and I have flooded my days with scripture and sermons. I feel terrible now cause I want God sooo bad. Please pray for me...
Praying for you went through sub w.d I know the pain but Jesus felt much more then us ! Stay strong if you fall get back up and pray that Jesus strength will help you you can do it!

Choose daily to walk with God. If you are willing, God will empower you through His Spirit to live your life in accordance with His will. Seek first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness.

People who say that they're too busy for God... it takes no cost to talk to God in your head and give thanksgiving throughout the day for the little things, and briefly read the Bible on your phone when you find a minute or two, or to speak a verse or two in conversation or give glory to Him when you notice something He did. I promise it will not take time out of your day, it will only make you less stressed and more connected to God. Pray to walk in the Holy Spirit every morning and have a positive eye and your body will be filled with light. That's what the Bible says.

God please keep saving Dr Charles Stanley's life, he is a TRUE teacher, I grew up in a cult thinking whatever they teaching us is the truth but God took me out of That, I finally know so much with God's love through Charles Stanley. I make it a point every morning to listen to his teachings, and since I've done That, me and my daughter before going to sleep we study the word of God, It's been years but we still learning and doing our best to obey God.Thank you for helping us and those who have chosen to OBEY God's law.

Awesome word of God. A lot of eye openers. Many days we say we are walking with God and never share a word with someone or even encourage someone. A whole week goes by. Not only that ,we don't even say a word to God all day much less obey his voice. Except only when we think it makes sense. This makes you really examine your walk with God. He's only spoken to me about 7 different times. It's very distinct from my own thoughts. I think I recognize how he speaks to me, but he hasn't spoken to me in some time now. During prayer, I feel like I can feel his presence but I just don't know. I'm waiting for him to give me instructions. I just want to serve him.
