Here are some tips for people who play healers ( Floryn, Estes, Angela, Rafaela ) 1. Its best you build necklace of durance rather than Dominance Ice because most of the time you're in the backline ( Note that Necklace can be your first core item although going for Flask of The Oasis might help for early game survivability ) 2. Include Flask of The Oasis in your build 3. Use the support emblem 4. Get roaming boots first but don't fully upgrade it, go for your first core item instead 5. Stay in the backline 6. Focus on not dying because Supports rely heavily on items 7. Keep an eye on the map and your teammates health always 8. Never go into the jungle without either a teammate or being cautios ( You are not a tank and you really can't take much damage unless you're estes ) Thats all the things I could think of

I used to play mid and I remember exactly why I started to play the roamer role.Every match,our roamer was babysitting the mm and no matter how much I tried to help exp lane or the jungler, we were losing almost every time. Even from the first match I could see a difference bcz I wasn't doing the same annoying things as my previous teammates. Over 2k games after, every time I'm not able to roam because SOME1 else insists to play it,we lose bcz of this "babysit the mm" mindset. Nice tutorial
Well,for some situation you need to babysit the gold laner,like when enemy pick a hero with pick-off ability,or your gold laner is losing due to different power between enemy and ally

I have two different play styles when I use healers. The first one is very aggressive and is played against a team of non assassins and melee heavy team. It is better to build more squishy the more safe you feel. The second one is more like horror survival. If enemy has high cc tank like tigreal, assassins like Harley or Nolan, or burst mages like Kagura and Eudora. I stay max range and close to towers and focus mainly on healing and dealing damage from MAX RANGE. Letting these heroes near you usually results in a death you cannot control especially at high ranks. I also use the second playstyle if there are scaling champs on my team like Aldous, Vale, Layla, Karina, etc. If I have a jungle that can gank quick like Dyroth or Alicard I tend to babysit them more than if I have a Harley or roger that I cannot keep up with (their movement is too fast) Lastly some mm need help more than others early. Look at counter matchups for your mm also wan wan very weak pre 4 so consider that if you have a mm. Putting your teammates in a good situation early can snowball the game in your favor and make it so they don’t need your help at all. Especially marksmen but it’s true with every lane.

a tip for healer/damage roams is to swap between conceal&favor or conceal/dire hit. practce fast switching items, utilizing everything can win games.
