I love the earlier animal crossings for how much attitude and personalities the villagers had. I've never seen much wild world though!

I have heard local ds download play can work and count towards another town visit. But i am not sure if it still works. Have a good day 😁

Local does work I recently did it to get myself nookingtons after literal years of never having it. But I’m pretty sure she’s playing on an emulator. Depending on the emulator specifically if she’s playing on melon she can still host a word for local and it’ll work. Alternatively on a ds dsi 3ds 2ds if you own an android phone and host a password less hotspot you can host actual online play still. Not sure how it works cus the servers shouldn’t still be active but it’s very cool that it I exists in thst capacity

I watched this on my ps5 heard your call for advice for sharks. It’s pretty hard in wild world and judging off the fact lights aren’t on at night in homes thst villagers are currently in I know you’re emulating in some way. So there’s probably a little more input delay than there would be on a ds system. But typically you just have to be as fast as the shark. If it’s not a first time biter in my experience they take forever to take the bait maybe 3-4 nibbles before the bite. In my professional caught every shark in the game on ds and emulator many times opinion try to predict when they’ll hit and as they get to the bobber just hit your catch button that’ll probably do it

wow didnt know about the lights thing, is there a reason why emulators do that?

@@crqbiI’m actually not entirely sure. It doesn’t apply to every window either. Nookingtons is on at night still the windows in nooks cranny door is still on. I’m assuming it’s just emulators not calling the texture change in the model for the buildings but there’s no real way of knowing

@@crqbishe could be playing the Wii U emulated version which is by fsr the worst. Another good tip off to knowing she’s on emulator is the rendering is wayyy too high resolution to be a ds

It must be some sort of conspiracy cus I remember having fruit rot in this game as a kid and getting ants
