Customer service is real polite and sweet and I love how she bowed and said “ Thank You “ to their customers. Something you don’t fine here in the State and I don’t get much “ Thank “ from the cashier.
This place is a real gem. The cleanliness of the whole store and the staff is so helpful and friendly to their customers. I also like the set of shelves that the baker's put their baked goods on as soon as they come out of the oven. Everything about this place is top notch.
I think bakers all around the world are outstanding. I’ve been to a few places in different countries where they also bake different flavored of delicious breads, cookies, pastries and they have been in business for many decades. It’s the love for baking and taking the time to bake all hours of the day and night and flavors that make a person keep coming back. I would love to visit this bakery also. 😁
Everything looks so delicious. My mother lives in the Los Angeles area and her town, Gardena, is very much Japanese influenced, I grew up there also. There’s several Japanese restaurants, grocery stores and shopping centers and a few Japanese bakeries I use to go to before I got married and moved to Northern California. When I visit my mother and brother, I always stop at the local places I grew up around and buy Japanese candies, gifts and always go to the bakeries there to take home some wonderful breads and pastries. Most of my friends are Japanese-American I went to school with and they taught me a lot about the Japanese culture and I taught them about the Mexican culture. I hope someday to visit many places around Japan and hopefully your wonderful bakery. 😁❤️

Your staff does a wonderful job at baking bread. You work so hard. Wish I were there to enjoy your bakery goods. We do not have bakeries here that make bread fresh every day like you. I don't know why.

You won’t be sorry. During COVID-19, I couldn’t travel to Japan and missed the thick slice of toast with melted cheese with coffee.
