depression is one of the most common psychiatric illnesses in our society. the treatment of depression is a very broad ranging from very simple steps to highly specialised treatment. depression treatment is explained in Urdu by doctor Rana in this video. there are three levels of the treatment of the depression. 1 level is is the use of medicine. in the treatment of depression the medicines are used when the severity of depression is moderate to severe. in mild cases of depression there is no role for the benefit of the use of the medicines.
dadar form of depression treatment is the psychological intervention. various therapies and techniques are implemented or used in depression treatment without the use of medicine. won most commonly used psychotherapeutic technique for depression treatment is cognitive behaviour therapy. as the name indicates in this therapy there are two main AIMS one is behaviour modification and the other is the focus on the negative thoughts which are very common in the patients suffering from depression.
the third method of the depression treatment is self and lifestyle modifications and social and the moral support.
