That was a cool machine. Perfect for a landscaping company to keep their cost down by producing their own pavers/retaining wall blocks. Well done Andrew👊🏻
Amazing machine. I noticed you have to feather the hopper button to get the cavities filled. Could you program that in so it runs the hopper back and forth a few times on its own? Also if you could find a way to add a plywood magazine maybe you wouldn't hit the blocks and mess up the corners. I would have to think about it but I'm sure there's a way to automate the plywood loading process. Again, great machine I love your channel and all your equipment I hope soon to be able to get one of your wood splitters. Keep up the good work.
I think your right on with the plywood hopper. We have a switch to toggle between automatice hopper operation and manual. You can get away with the automatic feed in smaller blocks like pavers, but with deeper molds it need to be manual.

Do you have to BUY each different die and punch for EVERY different style block ypu want to create? Can these dies be fabbed?
I was wondering how you checked if they were good blocks. Is there any standards that north America has for those blocks?
Yep. Normally between 2500-4000 psi depending on the application
