- Hello there! Thankyou for returning to the tiny art room and I'm so grateful for the 520 ish subscribers I've gathered so far, I so appreciate your comments and support on my previous videos, I hope you enjoy this one, I will try to post more frequently soon too.
I apologise if this video is a bit hard to follow at times, it shows about two weeks of work so it was a little tricky to reduce it down to fifteen minutes of screen time, but I don't want these videos to be too long right now.

I feel you so much when it comes to ideas vs actually doing the thing, haha. I feel like, especially if you have a vivid imagination, the picture of something in your mind is so powerful and clear that taking that image into reality is such a struggle. (This was my biggest struggle around finally starting to make videos, and I'm still struggling now! So it was really great to hear your thoughts.) Sometimes not planning something out entirely before starting it is scary, but a lot of the times I find it helps to just go with the flow. I try to lean into restraints/loose sketches and ideas more than concrete outlines, but there's something so nice about knowing exactly how everything should go haha. Proud of you for working through doubt! I'm excited to see how the rest of Toast in the Machine goes!
