One thing i can say: The squad leader special voice chat, the magazine type ammo system, squad leaders and squad itself, its all not really from Squad, as it is from Battlefield 2, the best squad based and cooperative battlefield of all, even if its already 20 years old, it is still THE battlefield, and it is still THE BEST battlefield. I like BBR so much mostly because it is mostly just BF2 Remastered i always wanted, it has striking similrarities to BF2 in its core mechanics, but movement and all of BF3/4 and further
Just to let you know you can make the air drop drop even quicker by shooting the parachute it will drop rapidly after a couple of shots and it would disappear and then when it hits the ground it will dance and move across the floor
On balancing: the dev says that they are looking to make the other classes more awesome, rather than nerfing the medic. Which I think is amazing. The main goal is for everything to be versitile and cool to play.
The only thing I want from battlebit is for the bipod to actually set your gun down so it's like a turret, I feel the LMG would feel so cool if it turned stationary when the bipod is deployed!
@UsaRubber apologies, I meant "deploy" as using it like a fixed position (you'd press "j" or something and it'd stick your gun to the surface like a turret, higher accuracy with the tradeoff of no mobility until you "undeploy". My bad on not explaining it clearly!
@@debrisposting4904 No I get what you're saying. Like Squad/Arma/HLL and plenty of other games have done. I just like how it's done in battlebit without having to press a separate button to mount on a ledge. I just wish it would "stick" more but it's honestly a hard feature to make work any game that has a mounting feature for bi pod it always has it's downfalls in some way. Like trying to mount an LMG in HLL on shitty terrain can be nearly impossible at times and it's wonky as fuck. Arma does it decent but again weird terrain makes it wonky. And like in battlebit at least with sniper rifles you still get a bit of vertical recoil which makes almost no sense. I find the only real use for a bipod in this is with a sniper shooting 1km+ My furthest shot is 1957 and it'd be borderline impossible without the bipod.

What I think could be done with Support class is that the support could carry another gadget which is just a plates box which could work similar to the ammo box but hold different levels of armor for allies and the user himself. I don't think it'll be implemented though since it might be too much for a single class/overcomplicated
I don't think they will look at replenishing armor at all for balancing purposes. People already complain armor is too strong. Don't know if I agree with that but I do kind of see their point. It's saved my life plenty of times regardless if it's a once off per spawn.
To balance it and remove complexity, maybe implement a slow passive armor regen for support players only. If you take damage it resets and will start to regen again after a set amount of time.
Armour should just be in the ammo boxes ,especially since when you use an ammo box you still need to spend squad points ,so it would be easy to balance it so it's not like every player near an ammo box has infinite armour ,also the amount of time you need to hold the button before you get armour could also be used for balancing
I think it makes more sense for the medic to lose access to the assault rifles instead of the smgs because it feels like medics should be fast and good at close range but shitty at long range, since healing people mostly involves being close to the action

I'd like to see the assault class have the ability to finish a player off. An anti-medic, essentially. Whether that be a melee kill or an extra headshot, it'd incentivize assault players to trade off the medkit. Make each finishing shot grant another 200 points or so. Easy fix in my opinion.
The way the magazines displayed indeed promotes more careful management which I really enjoy. And after some playtime its easy to always have a general idea how much bullets you have in the mag anyway. And this further nudges the player to mind their shots and get into the habit of reloading at appropriate times. What I cannot make my mind up about is the lack of healthbar. From one point of view, its nice that the HUD is not cluttered. On the other hand, playing as medic made me notice that players are behaving way more haphazardly if they do not see their own HP. Unless they have the blood effect on the screen, they will gladly charge out, not realizing how low they are on health. As for the ammo box? I found out that players do resupply themselves if the box is placed somewhere where they feel safe to resupply. Or if they notice it. But resupplying others the same way as medic heals would be really cool.

I mostly agree with your thoughts on the Medic class, although I think that only letting them have access to assault rifles is a bit too much, especially after removing all their gadgets. My suggestion would be to remove SMGs from the Medic and give them to the Assault class, then maybe give the Medics DMRs in place of their lost SMGs. As for gadgets, they shouldn't have access to offensive gear, so as stated in the video remove claymores, AP mines, and the suicide vest (I mean seriously, what sense does this make on a class designed to heal people). I don't have many qualms with their secondary gadgets, so no changes there. All in all I think the Assault ought to be the "generalized" class that the devs want instead of the Medic since of right now the Assault class is a jack-of-all-trades and the Medic is a one many army.
I love how on my pc Battlebit is so undemanding to run that it take about 30 minutes for my gpu to actually warm up enough for it to even turn on its fans at around 55 degrees. for those first 30 minutes or so as far as my gpu is concerned the pc is just idle! Its great because now its summer and it can get very hot indoors here in the UK so not having my pc pumping out 70-80 degree heat while im playing is a big bonus
In Battlefield there is a "spot" action which marks players in vision. If they added this, then snipers could do what they are supposed do. Provide recon and shoot people from across the map.

I’ve played like 3 matches on this game and had a blast with so many randoms bc the voice chat. It also seems like everyone is extremely friendly, even while dragging an enemy you just killed
about 23:15. Nobody on the front line will use your ammo because they are very likely to die there. Players at mid range usually ask for ammo if they are running AKs / M4.
Support needs suppression and a more effective bipod. The game should be balanced so that support can lock down a corridor and be very difficult to take out without flanking. Right now they don't have a purpose.
battlefielt 2 had the chatt that squad leaders and general would have there own channel in game stock so you could talk to other squads makes a big difference when trying to work as a team
i think a good buff for the assault class would be to replace the grappling hook with like a single shot grenade launcher. it could make the assault class better for actually pushing into fortified positions
@@giftzwerg7345 yeah but i also feel like the classes should be more distinct. the only real difference now is what weapons they use and i feel like the gadgets should differ more
I think the only time the gfx effects the experience is in tight corridors and stairs. The lack of shading can make this illusion where two separate walls look like they're on the same plane. still 10/10
performance > gameplay > graphics So we end up with Roblox Battlefield and I couldn't be more satisfied. Never really played Battlefield (except Bad Company 2), but Battlebit is just *_PURE FUN._*
thank you for posting this. i cannot play the majority of games because they are so "optimized" and massive. first game in my entire life i am not lagging and have 100-70fps. first time in my life i am not playing against enemies that are seeing me many seconds before they even render or appear on my screen. usually i am playing in the past against everyone because they have better hardware.
It's fantastic. I really want some crew served mortars, under-barrel grenades/frag rounds, couple more AT weapons, few more buildable blocks, and it really needs some emplaced weapons like howitzers and MG's that are crew served. Needs shotguns too. Could use some fighter jets too. Though those have always suffered in BF because of the map size. A commander mode like old BF4 would be awesome. I think the vehicles need more crew too. Like, they have enough crew in numbers, but in an IFV it's just one guy driving and shooting and 9 riding. I think actually BF 2042 did this pretty well. The MAV has 5 seats all with useful features/utilities per player in the vehicle. Giving players a reason to actually jump in the vehicle other than transportation. But you're right, you don't even notice the graphics after a couple of hours. You get really into the fight. I do wish more game modes were played/selected at vote other than freakin conquest. Gets old. It just does so many things well, not allowing spawning on objectives in combat (so you can immediately come back to defend unless a squad member is staying out of combat) the ability to drag an enemy and can revive while dragging even. The weapon upgrade system and general leveling up. Though, I do dislike how some things are only unlocked if you play for 500 hours. The voice chat system is fantastic. People actually use it.
I love that Battlefield music is being used over this bahah, very fitting for what is essentially BF's successor. EA and Dice dropped the ball for so long someone was bound to pick it up and do what they couldn't.
U forgot battlebit don't have any shop. U pay 15€ and that's hit. Most AAA games need a 900€ graphic card, 60-80€ price for the game and then 10-30€ each skin, 15-20€ battlepass and sometimes some 20€ DLC (availlable at launch). I'm not sure I would of bought battlebit if it had micro-transaction or an in-game shop. Even so if it cost 80€ in the first place.
In my fair opinion, your suggestions at balancing classes and diversifying classes are all genuinely good suggestions. I approve. Here's my input on your suggestions: LEADER - Never seen anyone use this. Didn't even know this had a purpose given I never bothered with it. Likely a good move to just remove the class entirely as it's not unique on its own. ASSAULT - I avoid this class given Medic is clearly superior to this choice. Only ever grabbed this to use the grappling hook for one life then switched back to Medic after placing the rope. Having remarkably faster ADS and reload speed would also help with the whole BREACH & CLEAR aspect of what this class is supposed to be. the speed boost for reload isnt enough to really prioritize this class and needs a higher buff. Having their gun options switched out with Medic would also help with the concept of B&C. MEDIC - The most OP class and most versatile overall. I run this rather often given it's a huge XP boost on the frontlines and hot spots. It does appear its gun options are too diverse. Likely switching them over to the Assault would help them be more desirable, and keep Medic more grounded as a health-giver rather than a pain-enforcer of the enemy. ENGINEER - It does seem well-rounded already given they have good weapon options, but I would like more demolition ideas. Perhaps even less damage from explosives with class-specific armor options, but not enough to negate stepping on one. More AA options, like perhaps ONE RPG that helps track AA but not lock-on would be nice. I like the system with helis already and rather not nerf them much. SUPPORT - The backpack idea and forcing ammo on players sounds genuinely ideal for this class as I hardly see people stop and refill ammo during fights as they are too busy avoiding death. More gun options would be great and welcome too. SCOUT - Besides how weak the audio is for sniper rifles, they are rather fun to play as. My only gripe, besides the weak noise, is that they aren't very efficient at spotting players as the spot system itself is rather lacking. Gotta spam spot markers with the occasional red to show others where enemies are. Sometimes these markers are hard to see in the heat of it all but they do help. Perhaps if binoculars could spot an enemy and track their movement on the map for like 2 seconds max with a cooldown before doing it again on that specific player. Idk, just at thought. Anyways, here's my input above on the classes from playing almost 30 hours. Amazing gameplay and coming back again and again for more.
As far as health goes, how would gameplay be affected if health was divided into segments of 20 and health would regen until it recovers the lost health in these segments? I think the first installment of the new Wolfwnstein game does this. It would lighten the no regen approach while not going too far while increasing survivability. On a side note, I believe the devs stated that they are going to add new features to the squad leader class.
You can't drop your armor when it's depleted because where would you put your ammo? I think the best move would be to give the engineer an armor repair tool, that would help make the engineer more viable too.
battlefield used to chase the best gameplay, thats why battlefield 1942 held up for so long. Battlebit is my new favorite game, I hope it makes it to consoles soon with cross-play servers. this game could run on ps4 and xbox1 no problem.
Its best to put down supply crates down far ahead of you so you can get a good angle to shoot them down, other wise ask someone in your squad behind you who has a better angle to shoot it down.
The biggest problem in the game industry now is that a game has gone from an artistic expression to a business venture. This means games are highly averse to risk and try to create something "safe" that everyone will like. That means sequels of already-popular properties, and "grafficks good"
Battle Bit reminds me a lot of Pixel Warfare for it's visuals, it's better obviously but the style is the same. It was a great fun game with a fairly small community that is now dead as the servers are down until new notice.
Man please make a review of Zero Sievert. Another amazing game, thats a mix of Stalker and Tarkov. I believe Zero Sievert and Battlebit to be two absolute must play games.
The game that I’ve had most fun in since started gaming 20 years ago with cs 1.5, and I don’t have a potato pc, it can handle any game of today but still this game is insanely good 👍🏻
If you desperately want to use DMRs Squad Leader is at least a slightly better pick than recon while letting you keep some armor, sledges, pickaxe, grapple, drone, and an extra grenade for when you think those might be more useful than an RPG. I can’t seem to find confirmation definitively on whether leader gets the assaults passive ads/reload buffs or not… if it does I think again it’s even a bit more interesting vs the engineer if you desperately want to level up some DMRS DMRs need a slight buff imo tho….
on the support class topic the balancing is off with the ultimax 100 and m249 there is literally only downsides when it comes to using the ultimax over the m249
I thought I was just getting old but turns out no, online fps’s really sucked for the past decade 🤷🏾♂️ first time I tried Battlebit I spent 6h playing…

I don't have many qualms with their secondary gadgets, so no changes there. All in all I think the Assault ought to be the "generalized" class that the devs want instead of the Medic since of right now the Assault class is a jack-of-all-trades and the Medic is a one many army.
I think we need to buff the other classes. debuffs take the fun away from the game. i like the freedom that battel-bit has.
Rumor has it they agree with this approach and may buff everything else instead of nerfing stuff
Provide recon and shoot people from across the map.
it's in the game!
@@stop-amertime is it? Iirc you need to aim at the enemies directly and it vanishes really quick. In bf it was a bit more friendly
@@iamhardliner true, it sounded from your reply like you didn't realise it was in there at all. I think the battlefield implementation is a bit OP, and the battlebit implementation is close to useless. A middle ground would be nice
@@stop-amertime yeah totally agree. Maybe keep the mechanic as is, but use the battlefield mechanic when you’re a special class or use a special item like binoculars.
15:17 for your interest, you can shoot the parachute to make it fall. i don't know why it takes so long to fall down with that parachute
Big thanks to BeardLessMage with helping take notes for the script in this video. Check out his channel where he uploads funny moments that happen while he plays different games, I'm in quite a lot of them.
www.youtube.com/@ivgotnaefin2256
I’ve played like 3 matches on this game and had a blast with so many randoms bc the voice chat. It also seems like everyone is extremely friendly, even while dragging an enemy you just killed
Regarding the ammo drop... you can shoot the parachute to make it drop down 10x faster :)
about 23:15. Nobody on the front line will use your ammo because they are very likely to die there. Players at mid range usually ask for ammo if they are running AKs / M4.
you can shoot the parachute of airdrops to make them fall, very usefull
15:24
you can shoot the parachute to make it fall faster to the ground just fyi :)
When I close my eyes those scenes are still vividing in my head as I play battle medic. It's like PTSD simulator lol
6:25 I SEE THIS IN EVERY SINGLE VIDEO AND NOBVODY IS TALKING ABOUT IT. SNIPER ROUNDS IMPACTING MIDAIR
For me, it was when I would jump off a building trying to deploy my parachute that I'd remember I wasn't playing Battlefield.
Fun fact, medics don't get xp when people use dropped medkit
If you dont know, Garand Thumb teamed up with the devs to make improved audio (:
Support needs suppression and a more effective bipod. The game should be balanced so that support can lock down a corridor and be very difficult to take out without flanking. Right now they don't have a purpose.
Medal of Honor Airborne soundtrack in the background 🤤
This a really small channel for such a quality content. I wish more videos get chosen by the algorithm lords like that Juiced 2 video.
I would do crazy things for more scav content
battlefielt 2 had the chatt that squad leaders and general would have there own channel in game stock so you could talk to other squads makes a big difference when trying to work as a team
i think a good buff for the assault class would be to replace the grappling hook with like a single shot grenade launcher. it could make the assault class better for actually pushing into fortified positions
Why replace?? We need options nit restrikions
@@giftzwerg7345 yeah but i also feel like the classes should be more distinct. the only real difference now is what weapons they use and i feel like the gadgets should differ more
I think the only time the gfx effects the experience is in tight corridors and stairs. The lack of shading can make this illusion where two separate walls look like they're on the same plane. still 10/10
runs great
destruction
vehicles are powerful but not op
nice gunplay
not 500gig
great community
no forced agendas
it's worth noting that you can fix the scoreboard lag by changing the scoreboard type in the gameplay settings to squad based.
Battlebit also rewards playing transport giving you lots of xp for it
performance > gameplay > graphics
So we end up with Roblox Battlefield and I couldn't be more satisfied.
People actually use it.
best video on battlebit I've seen yet and I agree with like 99% of what I heard, you got my sub.
My only real issues with the game are the DMR's all being crap, and you can only change your loadout when in a game.
You can shoot the parachute of ammo crates so they fall down a lot faster
In my fair opinion, your suggestions at balancing classes and diversifying classes are all genuinely good suggestions. I approve. Here's my input on your suggestions:
LEADER - Never seen anyone use this.
15:13 For the ammo, If you shoot the parachute it will drop out of the sky.
You can shoot the parachute on the ammo drop btw..
"BattleBit Remastered should be studied" Can you send a note to my teacher please?
This game is more fun than battlefield 2042 yet it’s more than 4 times cheapest
In the options select show scoreboard by squad, it removes the lag .
I'm surprised no-one is using your ammo boxes, it's all I get screamed to do as support!
You can shoot the ammo supply's parachute for it to fall faster
You can shoot airdrops parashoot and it will fall in a seconds
15:10 you can shoot the parachute to make it fall faster
You can't drop your armor when it's depleted because where would you put your ammo? I think the best move would be to give the engineer an armor repair tool, that would help make the engineer more viable too.
Only change I want to battlebit is to make sure the floors and walls inside buildings are different colours
15:21 i heard you can shoot the line of the airdrop to make it fall, havent tested myself yet tho
battlefield used to chase the best gameplay, thats why battlefield 1942 held up for so long. Battlebit is my new favorite game, I hope it makes it to consoles soon with cross-play servers. this game could run on ps4 and xbox1 no problem.
the minecraft pick the assault class has is amazing got lots of kills because of that
this video deserve 18x the views awesome video
u are the kind of youtuber that should cover Easy Red 2
Support needs an armoured mounted mini-gun only they can use.
For the airdrop, just shoot the parachute and it will come down very quickly.
Not related to the video's premise but glad to hear breakcore being using at certain points. Underrated genre.
That means sequels of already-popular properties, and "grafficks good"
you can shoot the ammo crate parachute to make it drop in seconds
sounds of the weapons are being worked on
Battle Bit reminds me a lot of Pixel Warfare for it's visuals, it's better obviously but the style is the same. It was a great fun game with a fairly small community that is now dead as the servers are down until new notice.
battlebit is such a good game that my biggest issue playing it was that i don't have an hdmi cable to use my bigger monitor
Man please make a review of Zero Sievert.
Another amazing game, thats a mix of Stalker and Tarkov.
I believe Zero Sievert and Battlebit to be two absolute must play games.
Big thing I enjoy about BBit is theirs no extra purchases or in-game currency to purchase crap like skins
Medics are fine as is, what the other classes meed is what they are doing which is buffing and giving more to the other classes.
The game that I’ve had most fun in since started gaming 20 years ago with cs 1.5, and I don’t have a potato pc, it can handle any game of today but still this game is insanely good 👍🏻
Recipe for success:
1. Get a game idea
2. Get passionate devs
3. Don't get greedy, brainless corp rats involved
4. ...
5. ̶P̶r̶o̶f̶i̶t̶ Success!
to me battlebit is like the DRG of battlefield lol
they will not change medic but make buffs to other classes,so they are on par with medic
If you desperately want to use DMRs Squad Leader is at least a slightly better pick than recon while letting you keep some armor, sledges, pickaxe, grapple, drone, and an extra grenade for when you think those might be more useful than an RPG.
I can’t seem to find confirmation definitively on whether leader gets the assaults passive ads/reload buffs or not… if it does I think again it’s even a bit more interesting vs the engineer if you desperately want to level up some DMRS
DMRs need a slight buff imo tho….
on the support class topic the balancing is off with the ultimax 100 and m249 there is literally only downsides when it comes to using the ultimax over the m249
Thankfully I had no problems with Cyberpunk 2077 on release, probably because my PC had enough metal to run it.
Shoot the parachute on the supply drop and the box falls down waaaaayyy faster
Shoot the parachute of ammo stashes to make them fall faster
I actually like c4 on medic. I use it to breach to get to teammates who need a revive
C4 in general is great. It’s perfect for destroying a team hiding in a building behind a destructible wall.
I thought I was just getting old but turns out no, online fps’s really sucked for the past decade 🤷🏾♂️ first time I tried Battlebit I spent 6h playing…
same, i didn't want to bite the hype at first but got addicted as soon as i started playing
Love the opening shot
You can shoot down the parachute on teh supply drop
