The battalions in WARNO Army General are based on Real World organizations, which are separated into their subsequent companies and platoons, so the separation makes sense and is intuitive for anyone familiar with how militaries are organized. This is unlike Red Dragon which had fictionally organized formations. I would understand who this would be confusing to those who do not know real world TO&Es, to which the Red Dragon method would seem easier.
In Single Player they are organized according to historical TO&Es - and it's very impressive. But in multiplayer they aren't organized like that, simply just limited to the units available to that unit in no particular historical quantity. In the multiplayer sense, Red Dragon was much more fun because it allowed many more possibilities for deck building. Of course, some will complain that people just stuck with unicorn (prototype) units, but that's ridiculous because they were highly limited in number. In WARNO though, people play the same divisions mainly (3rd armored, 39 and 79 gds, for example). Would be cool if they could implement a deck building system like Wargame had for MP and keep the historical TO&E for Single PLayer.
Tfw some battlions irl have singular platoons directly underneath because eee idk it's some strange specialist nonsense they don't need more than a platoon in? (not an answer, I'm always at a loss when I see this similarly to brigades with 10 loose companies of various support stuff which aren't grouped into some sorta logi support battalion). Then there are attachments which make it a whole new mess... So while red dragon may be simpler out of the box and Warno may seem slightly more complicated on its face I would say it's still really streamlined, 10/10 would rather use Warno system than the actual irl headache

Everyone should check out Wargame:Red Dragon. It's the same game but better. Don't ask me why they made WARNO.... it's really the same game just with less content.
One of my issues with WARNO/Eugen in general is that they should add an option to disable reactive logistics vehicles. For example, if I directing my damaged unit to supply vehicle, the supply vehicle will automatically follows the damaged unit. That’s fine, but the problem is with supply helicopters. If I accidentally click on the supply helo icon/unit while directing my damaged unit to get supply, the helicopter will just fly off into a no-fly zone and gets wrecked (it literally hidden and unharm until it fly). I’d really like a feature to disable that reactive supply behavior. it not much but in the mid of chaos is actually really helpful. also for auto resupply i hope they can make another button to only supply 1/certain unit that i want to get supplied instead of roaming in frontline and get wrecked (or even better actually fix the ai pathfinding (which is to much to ask))
Just to be sure , you don't have to click on the unit you want to supply with your supply vehicle to supply it, being near is enough. You usually never want your supply vehicles to follows your units. Just put them near them and send them on the back/resupply once all your units are resupplied. Helicopters should he be used as forward front line supply hub, the vehicle take the supply from the helicopters to carry it directly on the front-line.
you can actually regrouping unit while they're already deployed in map and yes it not showing in gameplay UI, but then again eugene ai is suck so yea you need to manually search it in settings (mine is ctrl + g to regrouping/separated unit).
>Poland a DLC Ah yes, very fitting for the first Pact battle line which was supposed to A) stem the tide of evil imperialist counterrevolution forces while the Soviets organise and actually send in their troops B)act as the vanguard and iron -fist- eye seeking weak points through -mass suicide- force recon while Soviet troops prepared logistic lines and considered the use of nukes (while the poles and germans are still in the nuked area)
I think many points are good but I don't get icon thing about army general. I use Nato symbols (as I love them both in AG and normal skirmish) and I never thought normal ones are that problematic
It's kind of telling when some of the exploits take so long to fix even though it's gamebreakingly bad. Remember the wallhack grenade launcher exploit, that takes more than 2 weeks to fix, like they have a relatively functional game before then but cannot partially roll-back to it.

Funny how some ppl like the new balancing, while I hate it. For me wargame was always about using the right unit in the right environment to strike decisive. The new balancing feels so generic, like a standard RTS. Units spam shot at each other and it's all very gamey, not much vibes of a simulation left.

@@RaEndymion001 i have it turned off. I just hate it's the default setting. Just like AGTMs not attacking unamoured transport
512 hours? Weak
I think many points are good but I don't get icon thing about army general. I use Nato symbols (as I love them both in AG and normal skirmish) and I never thought normal ones are that problematic
Do a video on 18 wheels of steel American long haul it was one of my first trucking games and I would like to see a video on it please
They are charging Total War DLC prices without a franchise to lean on.
It's kind of telling when some of the exploits take so long to fix even though it's gamebreakingly bad. Remember the wallhack grenade launcher exploit, that takes more than 2 weeks to fix, like they have a relatively functional game before then but cannot partially roll-back to it.
Yay more content
Gotta love the rimworld music ong...
KUUURRRRWWWAAAAAA - helicopter pilot
Don't attack my Normandy: '44 as Steel division 2!!!
Why would you play this game for singleplayer?? You can only enjoy rage in multi.
Some of us aren't vampires
Polished, great audio, but hyper crit not feelin the belly achin I guess I understand to a degree ahhh nah I dont understand the game is fine always has been has good chat on steam and I have some 50 solo skirmish matches each with homemade orgs. I love it i like the music i got no complaints. I dont no issues, i see your vid as content. Nothing more not snarky enough to be funny and too whiny to take seriously
Scav, since you're excited about RTS and exude this natural chad aura of a slavjank enjoyer. Could you check Total Conflict Resistence? It's a Immersive Sim Mount and Blade with modern weaponry based In the Yugoslav Civil War.
It’s a lot more like a 4x game than a mount and blade game
Ballin'
3:39 lmao my boy is a fellow Destiny viewer
27:29 "really good" at picking different targets? we must have completely different ATGM units 😂😂
Funny how some ppl like the new balancing, while I hate it. For me wargame was always about using the right unit in the right environment to strike decisive. The new balancing feels so generic, like a standard RTS. Units spam shot at each other and it's all very gamey, not much vibes of a simulation left.
1:15 Jesus fuckin Christ are we all the same person
you can put your video into your .. with this music
The dlc arent awful when you buy them on sale
7:01😂😂😂😂😂
thanks for the video! mmaby i will get warno for thesingeplayer one day.
i just want a new red dragon :(
SO... refound the game was a realy good decisión..
Meh... I'm enjoying it. And the Easy Access was less than a full price game. Since everybody bought it before the 1.0 release I imagine they're just trying to recoup some cash. I don't have any issues here man.
ROUTE 66 MENTIONED RAHHHH
Babe Wake Up: New Scav Drop 👀👀
i see singleplayer campaign i buy
Waiting for Broken Arrow, it's beta was awesome
100 percent do not trust the auto resolve for total defeat i manage to claw my self from some truly disgusting imbalanced match ups
Especially on the defensive and double so for some maps where i have the buildings and treelines memorized for optimum performance
Like just the other day i practically annihilated a jaeger batt that attacked my solo recce batt
Another banger from my goat
Also please make an transport fever 2 video ❤ or workers and ressources
Wait for Broken Arrow, got it.
Broken arrow is more like World in Conflict or Regiments. Tanks have HP like in classic RTS. There if u get hit and ammo have pene your tank is soviet space program, but in broken arrow and regiment Leopard 1 can have 3 - 4 hit and after boom
Sup!
