The servers were dead and people were pretty friendly.You had to go to towns to find find people to join content. This past decade with this game I've a quite a lot of great memories with this game.
Couldn’t agree more, I first hear the brief part of it when dalamund was falling on us during 1.0, since then it’s taken in an expanded meaning and really speak to the devs if they planned it this whole time because that’s insane foresight and planning. Hats off to the team.
I found the "anyone playing it yet?" funny because this concert was after the servers were taken offline for the legacy version but before the beta was up for A Realm Reborn, so you literally couldn't play it then. oh, and it was a beautiful performance :)
I am the nerd listening to this at home with tears that I can't stop from falling. Nobuo-san continues to produce some of the most... breathtakingly beautiful pieces of work. I would be devastated to lose him. Please become immortal... Maybe if we all pray hard enough, he'll become a primal :O

I was close to the front on the right hand side there in Chicago. It was so fun. I had a VIP ticket and got to meet Nobuo, Susan and Arnie, very cool concert. I love the music from the FF series of games.

Seriously. Absolute fucking master piece from Nobuo Uematsu. I wish so much I was there when this video played live the first time because so many years later this song and video is an absolute treat every time.
