What a great dining experience. Not only am I now craving omelettes and Minnie waffles and everything else, smiling ear to ear from seeing all the wonderful characters but STEVE! OmG I love Steve! I want to go just to meet him and hear all of his stories and history. He’s so genuine and enthusiastic. Magical!✨

I can’t wait to go! How lucky were you to have Steve give you a tour. I was lucky to meet Steve at the opening of Buena Vista Street. He was working at Smoke Jumpers Grill. He shared so much information with us about Smoke Jumpers. He told us his home was Plaza Inn. Happy to see he is back.
He mentioned that about Smokejumpers and we were definitely intrigued. He’s a very passionate and gracious CM.
Steve is amazing. The perfect cast member honoring Walt's vision. Sadly a far cry from much of what Disney has evolved into. Bless you Steve!

This is one of my favorite videos!! All the history in the Plaza Inn. I was just there November 20th (yesterday) and now I regret not paying attention to all the details. The History is beautiful and just breath taking! ❤️
It’s called a “dessert tummy”. My youngest used to always say she was full at dinner, but then would ask for dessert. I’d say “I thought you were full “ and she’d say “Mom, my regular tummy is full, but my dessert tummy has room”. 😉❤️

This was such a special clog, learning about all of the details of the plaza makes it even more beautiful. I won’t take it for granted when getting food again. The history of Disney is so interesting. I’m always learning something new watching these.

Kudos to you Best Life And Beyond for showing us the behind the scenes! I never known there was history behind Plaza Inn. I will have to look out for Steve next time I visit Disneyland. He sounds like a great cast member. Thanks to all the cast members who continue making the Disney magic and thank you for taking me with you guys to Plaza Inn! I went to this restaurant in 2019 to celebrate a friend of mine's mom. Excellent food and ambiance!

Wow!! This video is loaded with Disney magic! I seriously had goose bumps listening to Steve! I'm Disneyland s age 66 and we used to go there every year! The plaza was our favorite! Had no idea about the details! But when you said original floor Walt Disney walked on, just couldn't stop crying! We love you Walt Disney! We love you Spence and Katie for bringing us along cause we can not be there!!!!!

Love the Plaza Inn. Such a great place. And the historic atmosphere and what I just learned from Steve. Wow. I started crying when he mentioned the bird cages and the birds that were put in them. During such sad times last year. Ao awesome. All the stories he told were so awesome. Might make the Plaza Inn my Christmas morning breakfast. Since I will be there for that week. I can't wait.

I loved all that trivia with Steve! I love those moments at Disneyland! That new cavalcade music is from Tokyo Disneyland! I'm pretty sure that Mandy Moore is one of the singers! That anniversary parade is amazing in Tokyo! So strange they play it here now.

I have that stars and stripes pin Steve has on. I have been seeing that pin a lot lately. A dear friend gave it to me a couple years ago. My friend is a big Disney fan, grew up in the San Francisco Bay area. There is a whole story behind it. I am honored he gave me his pin.

I love that you shouted out the coffee! We went a couple years ago and the bananas foster sauce on the waffles and the COFFEE were the two things that stood out to me the most. Can you find out what brand they use??
